Great place for a few days touristing
Pros: Location as central as possible. It's a sort partly an aparthotel (!) in that it has a big shared kitchen and dining room, with a free coffee hot drinks machine so if you're staying for some days you can do some self catering but it's not in a corner of your room leaving you with cooking smells and gives you the opportunity to meet other guests.
Cons: The aircon wasn't working. OK it was february but actually it was a bit warm

Enjoying Nice Carnival
Pros: The location of the hotel is great - very close to Massena Square and the Ptomenade and the sea. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores for those who choose to prepare meal for themselves. The shared kitchen at the hotel allows that. Communication with the staff is very good, they provide all necessary information required for self-check in. The hotel has all what is needed for a short stay to enjoy Nice and surroundings.
Cons: There was a noise of deliveries to the nearby restaurants/workshops from the street/alley from approximately 5:00 which was somewhat disturbing.

Excellent location and comfortable stay
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The location is excellent, short walk to the Promenade, as well as to Place Massena and to stops of the public transport (tram or bus to/from the airport). There is an automatic check-in, and the staff provides detailed instruction via messages, and is available for any support if needed (thank you!). There is a small elevator which was appreciated with the suitcase and for someone older. The room is basic, but we did not expect more, it had a view on the street, but there was no noise disturbance (except for the seagulls). Hotel offers a common area with possibility to cook, store your things in the refridgerator and help yourself to coffee or hot chocolate - very nice to start a day with a croissant from the bakery nearby.
Cons: There was a temporary problem with hot water, but it was resolved with an advice from staff member.

Pros: Kitchen. Personal fridges. Location. Easy check in. Luggage storage. Friendly staff answering phone calls. Shower clean and bathroom warm. Location was superb! Would like to try a bigger room in the future.
Cons: Stairs were quite difficult. Especially with a luggage. Other than that all was great. The room was quite small but its relevant to the price and description.

Perfect accommodation at a great price
Pros: The self check-in went super smoothly! I really liked the lobby, especially the free coffee. Perfect location in the city center, easy to find.

Great choice in city center
Pros: A nice hotel that has everything you need for a few days' stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect.
