Pros: Perfect location, in the old town, next to the grocery store, bakery and market, easy access to everywhere

Pros: - excellent location - relatively good price for this location

Cons: - cleanliness could be better - the shower didn't drain well - uncomfortable bed - missing a balcony - overall, peculiar accommodation; I expected better based on the photos.

Pros: The personal welcome we received from Marilia was exceptional- it was like returing ‘home’. The run-down on how everything works in the apartment was thorough and very clear.

Cons: Honestly can’t think of anything - this apartment was perfect for our stay.

Great location, but could be more welcoming.

Pros: It was a very good location and the apartment was fine. Good use of space, but yes, you do have to be careful not to bop your head in the bed area (and I am short). Very convenient to everything. The basics are covered. A nice stay.

Cons: While this is a top destination, it was still pricey for what you got. There could be more attention to detail, especially at this price. Some instructions on how to use things (no intro book), some basics to get you started (basic welcome, water and a coffee or 2), would be appreciated. The negative comments others have posted ring true, but overall a good experience. It is nice, but could be much nicer.

Our stay was perfect! It's Nice, what's not perfect???

Pros: This apartment was so charming! Even having bumped my head on the beams in the bedroom multiple times, it was still a wonderful place. Alain was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!!
