Quirky and comfortable apartment in central Nice

Pros: I loved staying in this quirky apartment in central Nice - it is close to both the main train station and walkable to the Prom and Old Town. The apartment was well furnished and modern with a good shower, coffee machine, air con and nice lounge area. I'd love to stay again. There was good communication from the owner who met me on site.

Cons: The only downside is that there are quite a lot of steps up to the fourth floor - but the views make it worth it!

Pros: Милейшие апартаменты в шаговой доступности от музея Шагала и вокзала Nice Ville — хорошо для тех, кто планирует не только гулять по городу, но и съездить в соседние локации на побережье. Квартира очень компактная, но чистая, светлая и со всем необходимым: и мини-кухня, и стиральная машинка, и кофемашина, и место для хранения. Спасибо Евгению, который помог с ранним заселением, дал советы по путешествию и вообще был очень любезным.

Cons: Нет лифта, слышны поезда — если для кого-то это принципиально

Pleasant and accommodating.

Pros: Very clean. Good location; close to train station and not too far from old Nice. Property had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host was very nice, responsive and accommodating.
