Pros: Great location, everything is nearby — the beach, the city center, the train station if you want to visit other cities. I have no complaints. The apartment owner is very kind

Pros: The location is perfect - close to attractions shops, restaurants, but quiet and cosy at the same time. There is a nice balcony. We liked the flat very much. The landlord let us stay a bit longer to wait for our flight.

Cons: The bed was just an old creaking sofa - should be replaced. It was too small for two persons, really uncomfortable.There was just one roll of toilet paper for 2 prs for 2 days. There should be an electric kettle.

Cons: some essentials were missing, for example the hairdryer and, it never happened to me before, there were no towels for everyone but only for one person

Bien placé, propre et fonctionnel.

Pros: L’emplacement est parfait, 5min de marche de la plage et 10min de marche de la gare. L’établissement est propre et on se sentait en sécurité. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Cons: Seulement un petit détail: la douchette n’est pas accrochée en hauteur, on doit la tenir en se lavant.

Pros: Великолепное расположение, рядом пляж, магазины и ресторанчики. Апартаменты очень понравились, очень чисто, есть всё необходимое для проживания, особенно ценно, что есть большой балкон с видом на Ниццу. Спасибо хозяину за предоставленные апартаменты и доброжелательность.

Pros: Proximité de la promenade des anglais, des plages, du vieux Nice et de tous les transports L’accueil et la précision de l’hôte est un vrai plus , merci !

Cons: Une climatisation serait un plus en cas de fortes chaleurs (mais nous le savions)
