AZUR Apartment - Quiet City Center Location by the Sea

A good value for money in Nice, close to all amenities

Pros: The location is fantastic, very safe and close to the Centre, right in the Centre of Nice. We were traveling with car, and car parking was available close by (paid separately). The property had everything in it, and it was very airy. It was also a good base for our French Riviera trip.

Great place to rest and explore Nice with everything you need

Pros: The location is one of the greatest features of this studio: you live in the very heart of the city yet it is not the old town with a lot of parties, so you can rest well. The studio itself is gorgeous - comfy bed, great kitchen, stylish and yet very minimalistic but with everything needed.

Cons: Not a problem, just a notice for some who might find this important: I love long showers and the shower in studio usually provided water for 6-7 minutes max. But this is totally fine, the shower itself is nice and clean, just a tiny nuance that is really not that important.

Pros: The property was great, perfect location of Nice. It had everything you need. Nico was very communicative and helpful when checking in and checking out. Was given great recommendations too for my stay.

Almost perfect due to sofa bed

Pros: Location is wonderful. Right next to Massena Square. Surrounds by restaurants, cafe, shops, buses, tram. Beaches, Old Nice, Main Station are in walking distance. All devices in appartment function well. Bathroom clean, no smell. There is washing machine.

Cons: The sofa bed is not so comfortable. The host should consider to replace it with a real Bed. The sofa bed is used as bed at all time and a sofa is not nescessary anyway. It would be 10/10 for this appartment with a proper bed. One big note: you will charge extra if check-in after 8PM. Better to schedule your arrival to avoid extra fee

Pros: Appartement confortable et trés bien équipé. Calme car donne sur cours. Emplacement idéal, trés proche de la place Masséna, des commerces et accés à la gare Nice Ville.

Parfait

Pros: J'ai apprécié ce logement. Très propre avec une belle literie et tout le confort. Situé au calme avec vue sur cours et idéalement placé. Je remercie Nico pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

Cons: Il manque un peu de couverts et de couteaus pour cuisiner.

Pros: Szép, tiszta és nagyon közel volt a tengerpart és a nevezetességek. A tulaj segítőkész volt. A csomagjainkat utolsó nap le tudtuk rakni megőrzésre.

Cons: A radiátort nem tudtam bekapcsolni

Pros: Квартира находится в самом центре на первом этаже. Очень удобное расположение. Соотношение цена-качество 10/10! В квартире есть всё: душ, гель для душа, шампунь, гигиенический набор, полотенца. Полностью оборудованная небольшая кухня. Удобная кровать.
