MY CASA - MASSENA 2 - Great location Massena Square with AC

Good except for the check problem

Pros: The location was very good. It is in the center and also close to the station and the beach. It has a perfect location.

Cons: We couldn't reach anyone while checking. They did not answer our phones on purpose. Then, when we took the key from the box ourselves and accidentally took someone else's key, they contacted us immediately. However, when we called for help, they did not answer our phone. What they did was very ugly.

Perfect for a city break

Pros: Location was fabulous. Central to everything . Communication with hosts was easy . Very clean and functional. Great all round !

A super place in the centre of town, exactly as the photos.

Pros: Fantastic location, very central, which made street noise an issue - bins and people - but ok with earplugs! No cars. Very comfortable, king size bed and fab shower, very hot water and powerful. Plenty of storage. Well equipped, but no oven! There’s a microwave but no regular oven. Full size dishwasher and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine. The photos do the apartment justice, it’s lovely. One complaint, the air con didn’t work so we had to use the radiators, probably more expensive for the owners but, despite asking, the agent didn’t come to check. Very bright, no curtains or shutters to block out morning light or block heat in or out, (depending on the season!) Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Air con didn’t work and street noise a bit noisy, need something to block out morning light and keep in (or out!) heat.

Nice stay in Nice

Pros: Location; value for money; the owners prepared a great manual answering a lot is possible question so congrats for the effort

Cons: Tiny shower; noise coming from the street e.g trash cans pick up; the floorboards were also very noisy

Cons: Tv’nin önündeki sofayı açınca tv önünde hiç hareket imkanı ve mesafesi yok, gardırop 3 kişi için yetersiz. Sadece tül perde olduğundan uyku maskesi gerekiyor, bir de sokakta gece bağırışmalar oluyor; kulak tıkacı gerekiyor

Excelente apartamento, localização perfeita. Muito seguro e bem equipado.

Pros: Check-in bem explicado, fácil de entender as instruções. Orientações por escrito sobre o apartamento. Resposta rápida quando solicitado. Bem organizado.

Cons: Barulho na rua de madrugada.

Pros: Офис в котором получила инструкции был достаточно близко к месту проживания. Идеальная локация .

Cons: Идеальная локация, но ежедневно музыка. В момент нашего проживания был джаз фестиваль , до 12 ночи музыка гремела. Ну и вечерами уличные музыканты с одним и тем же репертуаром.

Pros: Great location and property. I read the reviews in advance, so I was clear on where to collect the keys, and I had no issues. I have been to Nice several times, but not in this area, so it was nice to get to know more of this city that I love.

Pros: Muy buena la predisposición de Sandra esperándonos para darnos la llave, ya que llegamos pasadas las 17hs. El departamento cómodo para 2 personas, tenía todo lo necesario, hermosa decoración, amplio, excelente ubicación a pocos pasos de Plaza Massena, Jean Medicen y el tranvia que te lleva a la estación Nice Ville, también se puede ir caminando. Ubicación, limpieza, atención, wifi y comodidad un 10!

Pros: L'emplacement était super accessible à tous les quartiers de Nice !

Cons: Le bruit dans la rue jusqu'à une heure très tres tardive dans la nuit . Autres bruits camions livraisons, passage des poubelles très tôt. Peut être un double vitrage serait bien vu. Mais à part cela très bien.
