Beautiful & cosy appart

Great location and everything you need

Pros: The location is excellent. Easy to walk to transport, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Great to have access to a washing machine.

Functional place to stay in a good location, but pricey for what you get

Cons: Minimally / sparsely equipped Very impersonal/ lack of any personal touches Only bright lights on/off in living room , it needs a floor lamp Minuscule bedroom with child’s storage shelving unit that is almost impossible to open as there is so little space, no hanging wardrobe facility Lots of mosquitos! Aircon remote not working Big water leak stain down one wall Broken shutter handle mechanism which made it harder to lower/ raise shutters

Pros: A very clean and newly renovated apartment with large variety of amenities. Excellent location and smooth communication with the owner. I highly recommend it!

Un amore di appartamento

Pros: Zona top, l'oste molto disponibile e accomodante, servizi comodi ha un intermarchet vicinissimo. Ottima zona per il parcheggio al Nice Etoile (raccomando di fare il forfait per i giorni in cui rimanete) per 4 giorni di parcheggio ho pagato 98€ per la zona è un buon prezzo, se avete fortuna ci sono parcheggi gratuiti d'intorno, ma consiglio il parcheggio coperto. Bagno e appartamento in generale pulitissimo e comodo, la cucina è molto funzionale, ho un bellissimo ricordo del mio pernottamento. Se tornerò a nizza sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Calme et belle lumière

Pros: Le quartier et l’emplacement. Le calme et la lumière. L’ascenseur pour le 5ème étage. La sdb très bien pensée.

Cons: Il manquerait une bouilloire et une poele

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, proche de la plage et du vieux Nice. L' appartement est très lumineux et au calme, la résidence donne dans une cour intérieure.

Parfait pour un court à moyen séjour, propriétaire très accommodante. Je recommande +++

Pros: Charmant petit appartement, propre et net, calme et lumineux, au dernier étage d'un immeuble ancien rénové (avec ascenseur). Belle salle de bains et lit confortable. Cuisine équipée d'une plaque et d'un frigo de qualité (je n'ai pas utilisé le lave-linge). Cafetière Nespresso appréciée ! La localisation, en plein centre, est absolument parfaite !

Cons: Dans la cuisine, il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, c'est dommage. Le manche de la casserole moyenne ne tient pas bien.

Pros: 立地が良く、清潔でベッドは二人で寝るには十分な広さ。 ハンドシャワーもあり、水圧が良い。 キッチンには調理器具も置いてあるので、料理もできる。 オートロックが敷地内に入る時と建物に入る時の二重でセキュリティーも良かった。 お値段以上の宿だなと感じました。

Cons: 壁が薄く防音が無い為、スーツケースをひく音や、深夜にドライヤーの音が響いてしまい住人の方から２日目の朝注意を受けました。音にはかなり気を使いながら滞在する必要があります。 あと、4泊でタオルが一人一枚ずつだったので、泊数分、最低でも2日に1枚あれば嬉しいなと感じました。

Pros: המארחים היו עקבים וטובים מאוד הגענו בשעה 12:00 בצהרים וביקשנו מהם אם אפשר לכנס לפני ישר שמחו לעזור

Pros: The property is clean and comfortable, the location is great and the host is really helpful and responds to any queries. If visit Nice again, I’d definitely chose this apartment again.
