Pros: Perfect location. Close to all the places you would like to visit. The apartment is comfy and has everything you need. And the host is great.

Perfect location, safe and clean

Pros: The property is located in the perfect spot in Nice! It was so clean and the host was very helpful! I was a solo female traveller and felt extremely safe the whole time.

Great value!

Pros: Very nice and cosy place! Right next to Massena square and Old Town. We really enjoyed the fact that the location was very close to many points of interest. Very clean and well equipped. Public parking is very close. Would go there again!

Super stay, super apartment, super host!

Pros: The location is great very well placed in the city. It’s also quiet because the building is inside another building. So you the have the advantage of being central without the noise. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. It comes with soaps and toilet paper and paper towels. It was easy to prepare meals for myself. I enjoyed a long stay. Because the weather is a bit cold I used the heater and it was great. I will come back and stay with Anthony again in the future ◡̈

Cons: Every thing was great. I did not find a problem with my stay.

Perfect escape for a week end!

Pros: Perfect place for a weekend escape! The loft is placed in the heart of Nice, close to all the main attractions of the city. Perfect size for a couple and glad I could bring my little doggy with us. The owner is super friendly!

Cons: I can suggest to add few more toiletries such us a small shampoo or shower gel

Pros: Location of the apartment is excellent, beach is very near, a lot of restaurants and bars within the walking distance. Instructions about entering the apartment were very detailed and completely clear. The host Anthony was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a stay in Nice!

Great location and host!

Pros: The location is hard to beat as it's on one of the main shopping thoroughfares. Anthony is quick and clear when it comes to communication, and his directions for getting into the flat were really thorough and available in several languages. It's clear that a lot of love and care has gone into this property, and it was well worth the stay.

Cons: The apartment itself was really clean and well-maintained; however, the rest of the building needs some love. The flat is easily accessible for those who can climb up and down several steps. Due to the apartment being on the interior ground floor, there were no views, which was fine by us. Overall, the price for this central location was worth it.

Pros: Excellent location, in the city center, 4 min. to the sea. The apartment is very nice, the landlord takes good care of it. Perfectly clean! There is everything you need 🙂

Cons: A little dark, through the first floor, but quiet and cozy 😉

Enjoyed our few days stay in a comfortable studio.

Pros: The location is great, near the old city and the beach, Plenty of restaurants & shops in the neighborhood. Public transportation nearby. Quite neighborhood in residential building. The studio is modern and equipped.

Cons: The building complex is very old and decrepit. There is not much natural light and the inner yard has nothing appealing.

Pros: It’s a great place to stay, right at the heart of Nice. It’s very close to all the important places - just few steps away from the old Town, the Beach. It has tramway station nearby and a lot of restaurants, shops and coffees. At the same time the accommodation is very quiet. The place is excellent equipped with everything you need for even longer stays, including a Game console and a huge TV, and Anthony is a great host, always available and ready to support with everything you need!
