Pros: Sehr schicke und bequeme Einrichtung, super groß, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, nicht zu weit vom Strand, Strandschirm, Strandstühle, Poolnudeln vorhaben. Ebenfalls Waschmaschine und Trockner!

Cons: Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, Küchenausstattung vergleichsweise für FeWo nicht ganz vollständig. Sehr wenige Parkplätze in dem Ort.

Amazing apartment in Villefranche despite annoying airbnb type requirements

Pros: Perfect location in a quiet street in the extremely charming Villefranche-sur-mer - great boulangerie a few steps from the apartment, a short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and train and bus stop to visit other places in the Cote d’Azur. The apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities we could need and very well decorated. There was also a rose wine bottle waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch.

Cons: They hold a deposit of €200 per day, which I find excessive. When checking in you are informed of, in my view, some non-sense typical airbnb requirements. You are required to put all the dishes away and take the trash to a public garbage disposal area and, if you don’t, they will take a portion of the deposit to account for the additional cleaner time. I have no problems washing my own dishes, but having to leave early in the morning to catch a train, it was an unnecessary hassle to wash and dry our breakfast pan and dishes by hand (since there wouldn’t be enough time to use the dishwasher and put everything away) and take the trash out. When they have a check-out time of 10am and check-in at 4pm, effectively 6 hours between guests that we effectively cannot enjoy the apartment, it would be much better if they paid the cleaner an additional 10 minutes of work to do these tasks that would make it a much better experience for guests.

Stilrent fräscht & bekvämt boende

Pros: Bra läge med närhet till butiker, stranden, tåget. Fint modernt inrett. Det var välutrustat kök och badrum och bonus med parasoll och strandsaker som underlag att lägga handduk på. Lugnt & tryggt Mysigt att kunna sitta utanför på gatan med möblerna som fanns och de stora krukorna gjorde det mysigt

Cons: Lite mörkt pga små fönster o den lilla smala gatan, så lite mer belysning hade inte varit fel. Sängen var kanske lite i hårdaste laget men ok.
