Spacieux et Moderne T2 - Hyper Centre

Comfortable apartment in great location.

Pros: Good location and good size apartment for the money. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Cons: Bathroom was small and needed a little maintenance but this did not impact the use. Shower was good.

Great location in Nice, comfortable apartment.

Pros: The location is a great central location. The flat is in an old building but the flat itself is modern, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful which made our check-in easier. We were 3 adults and one of us used the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen/diner which was comfortable though used up some of the living space. We had a lovely stay in Nice.

Cons: Due to its central location in a side street, it can be noisy during the night.

Would return back when i am in Nice

Pros: Location is excellent—close to public transportation and within walking distance of everything you need. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and the separate air conditioning in both rooms is especially convenient on hot days, particularly for families. The management is super friendly and always goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We enjoyed our stay and liked the proximity to all the areas of Nice that we wanted to see.

Pros: Located just a few seconds walk from one of the main squares in Nice and a fabulous area buzzing with restaurants and cafes at night, great shopping nearby and 5 minutes walk to the beach and promenade and 20 minute walk up to the Colline de Chateau with its glorious views over Promenade des Anglais and Nice harbour. Apartment was small but nicely decorated and furnished, with excellent air conditioning in both the bedroom and the lounge area, and good overall facilities for a short stay.

Cons: The entrance to the apartment is on a side street which has a CBD self service vending machine near the door so there were frequently people loitering around outside which felt a little intimidating in the late evenings. The stairwell in the property wasn’t well lit and the electric cables both outside and inside were looped through plastic pipes which was a little off putting.

Nice location, nice property

Pros: Amazing location, very clean, responsive staff, the nespresso machine was a nice elegant touch.

Cons: The sofa bed is a bit crooked, no elevator, old entrance (but thats expected so it was ok)

L9catie excelenta, renovata, curata

Pros: Locație.ultracentrala, la 1 min de zona de Retail și restaurante și.la 5 min de mare. Apartament recent renovat, utilat, curat. Raport excelent zona-calitate-pret

Cons: Mirosul.de pe.scara :)) Am observat mai.multi străini în imobil, cred ca s-ar putea găsi o solutie de evacuare a mirosului , mai ales de către proprietarii care fac acest business.

Pros: Superbe emplacement entouré de restaurants et boutiques

Cons: Néant

2 çoçuklu bir ailenin veya 4 arkadaşın rahatça konaklayabileceği imkanlara sahip güzel bir dairedir

Pros: Dairenin konumu Medecin caddesine ve Massena meydanına çok yakın.Plaj a gitmek olsun , market ve restoran ihtiyacı için çok yakın seçenekler mevcut.Havaalanından tramvay la rahatça ulaşılabiliyor.

Cons: Beğenmediğim bir durum olmadı.
