快適でした。

Pros: クリスマスマーケットが目の前、海へ直ぐに歩いて出られるなど、便利な場所にありました。キッチンがいろいろ揃っていて困ることはありませんでした。

Cons: 初日にバスルームから少し異臭がしました。

Mukava oleskelu Nizzassa

Pros: Asunto siisti ja hiljainen. Ikkunat sisäpihalle päin. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Hissi, ensin kuitenkin noustava rappusia päästäkseen hissille. Sijainti hyvä, keskustassa. Lyhyt matka ratikkapysäkille josta pääsi lentokentälle. Ensimmäiset ohjeet kirjautumisesta ranskaksi, avaimen nouto-ohjeet englanniksi.

Cons: Talvivaatteille ei ollut naulakkoa. Roskapusseja vain yksi, olis hyvä.jos olisi ollut useampi koska roskat piti itse viedä pois.

Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Pros: Perfekte Lage an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle, was toll ist, wenn man viel unterwegs sein möchte (Zug, Bus). Mitten im Zentrum, dennoch sehr ruhig, da die Fenster auf den Hinterhof gehen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, Küchenutensilien waren alle vorhanden, auch eine Waschmaschine. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen bemüht und war vor der Reise und während des Aufenthalts immer mit uns in Kontakt und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox (die Box ist zwei Häuser weiter) war problemlos. WLAN perfekt. Die Terasse könnte man etwas pflegen. Anfangs war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer (ich denke, das liegt am Haus), dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Hat sich dann etwas gelegt. Ich empfehle! Gerne wieder!

Cons: Terasse; anfänglicher Geruch im Badezimmer.

Viihdyimme todella hyvin.

Pros: Sijainti oli aivan keskustassa, huoneisto oli siitä huolimatta hiljainen. Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja siisti ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi.

Cons: Sisäänkirjautuminen oli vähän monimutkainen. Hankaluus johtui lähinnä siitä, että avainkaappi sijaitsi toisen talon ala-aulassa, eikä siellä porraskäytävän valot toimineet.
