Fantastic location and property

Pros: Incredible location close to everything. Accomodation very spacious and really pretty. Instructions to get the key were spot on. I will 100% stay here again.

Pros: Convenient location: 5mins walk to the beach center, 1min to tram station to train station, one super market across the square open till 24.00 Accommodation: Clean room with small balcony, real pleasure to enjoy the sunshine and wind Warm water, washing maschine,coffee machine,fridge...

Cons: During my stay there were some maintenance work around the corner on the square, which started early bothering my sleep. Closing the window is ok for human and tram sounds but helped less with drills...though, I still like the place a lot

Incredible apartment with balcony in the heart of Nice

Pros: Absolutely fantastic location in Nice, right in the heart of it with a balcony that overlooks the main square/street. The balcony was my favourite part, with a table and chairs to eat breakfast/drink coffee. Very nice shower, comfortable bed, dresser, and washing machine.

Cons: Had a few little bugs run out from underneath the washing machine, but easy to manage/get rid of.

Wonderful week in Nice!

Pros: Very good instruction for getting into the room. Clean and spacious room with good facilities. The location was EXCELLENT. 1 min walk from the room to Massena Square to the Tram station. Only 4 min walk to the beach. Will clearly try to stay there again !!!

Had an amazing stay here, perfect location and a quick five minutes to the beach.

Pros: Amazing location, love the balcony and a really nice sized apartment.

Cons: Water does splash slightly over the floor from the shower, but the shower itself is amazing.

Pros: It is in a superb location in the city centre, near a supermarket, a free tour point, and many other amenities.

Great location!

Pros: The location was perfect - you’re in the centre around lots of eateries and shops! A lovely big apartment. We really enjoyed the balcony with the table and chairs. Lots of pots and pans to make food.

Cons: It would be great to have some salt, pepper, oil etc. to cook with. The shower drained quite slowly so it over filled.

Great apartment and centrally located in Nice

Pros: The location of the apartment was amazing, so close to everything and was very convenient. The Apartment itself is huge, a good space for 2 people over our 4 night stay. The ceilings are high and there was a lot of natural light, which made the place feel very light and breezy. Having a balcony was great too! The apartment was also very well maintained and very clean. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Nice. Alexandre was also very responsive and attentive to any questions we had

Cons: The mattress on the bed was a little hard for me but that’s just a personal preference

Pros: Clean and comfortable, very central, supermarket close by. Close to tram for airport. Small balcony.
