Fabulously located apartment with everything you need and so close to the beach!

Pros: Fantastic location close to beach. Apartment had everything we needed. Good value for money. Clear instructions to access the apartment.

Cons: I didn’t realise the apartment had external blinds until halfway through our stay! Shower leaks a bit out onto the floor. Two extra pillows would have been great! A bigger bed would be awesome too.

Pros: The location of this apartment was fantastic, one block from the beach, and in walking distance to everywhere. The apartment was modern and included good facilities for cooking. It was comfortable and overall enjoyed our stay although there is a couple things that should be improved to make it a lot more comfortable.

Cons: There was no wifi available although we knew that when booking. We were under the impression there was a washing machine here due to the answer of one of the questions, but there was not. The shower was open and water would flood into the bathroom. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper, two coffee pods and two dish washer capsules for our four night stay which was not adequate, we had to purchase our own. Would have been handy to have oil supplied for cooking. The property manager was really hard to get ahold of and didn’t reply to our messages through booking.com and didn’t have WhatsApp (we had no calls with our sim). We were supposed to provide an exact check out time when we checked in for the lady to meet us and get the key.

Great stay close to the beach.

Pros: The property is very close to the beach and the local markets. The lady who took us up to our room was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: The only issue I have is the amount of communication you need to do through external providers to check in and out. This is just something I am not use to. But booking through booking.com and then having to fill out your check in information and then having to communicate to the cleaners ect can be a bit full on when travelling on a bigger trip.

Pros: The property was very cozy , comfortable , with excellent and central location , near to main interesting touristic points , with very easy way to get others , walking or by bus or tram . There is a lot of good restaurants nearby and the beach is just like a next door .

Cons: Although everything went very well, there were two things that bothered us, the lack of internet (WIFI) and one night, a lady, a neighbor from the apartment below ours, aggressively knocked on our door and shouting, complained about a noise, which we were sure we weren't doing it .

Clean and brilliantly located apartment suitable for everything you could want to do in Nice.

Pros: Great location, close to everything you would want to see in Nice as well as the beach being on your doorstep. Friendly staff who met us at the beginning and end of our stay. Located in old town Nice near all the night life but far enough away that you cannot hear it or disturbed.

Cons: Bed could do with extra pillows and the water from the shower goes out of the cubicle however there is a mop so not too much of a problem.

We were very pleased and satisfied! The reasonable price for good quality and great location!

Pros: Great location! Exactly opposite the beach and Promenade, very close to the restaurants and a lot of coffee! Friendly owner! Clean, calm, absolutely lovely! A good choice for 2 people)

Cons: There is no washing machine and no Internet - but for us it wasn’t a problem.

Pros: Gute Lage. Schnell am Strand und an der Promenade. Restaurants in der Nähe.
