Pros: location is amazing, 2 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and Ruhl Plage, close to all the restaurants, stores and walking distance of the train station, place Masséna and Nice Old Town. The studio has a great washroom/shower and a washing machine, which is great after long days at the beach !

Cons: no wifi available in the studio and the fridge was not working

communication was great, host met us with keys and all the information we needed. very friendly and professional. great

Pros: location is great. easy access to and from airport on the No 12 bus which stops on the prom. secure, clean and modern studio with good facilities.

Cons: maybe some better fitted window curtains for privacy and light, otherwise very clean and modern with everything needed for the stay.

Pros: Da localização, do prédio, da segurança e da proximidade de bons restaurantes, comércio e a poucos passos da orla.

Cons: A falta de um sinal de internet e artigos básicos de cozinha para um melhor conforto. Não consigo enter o motivo pela qual é não é fornecido para os hóspedes um Wi-Fi. Faz muita falta nos dias de hoje.
