Excellent stay

Pros: Since the description was written, WiFi has been added to the facilities and was fast, stable and easy to use. We were warned about the tightness of the car park, but it was perfectly manageable with care. The parking is on floor -6; the flat on floor 2; the catch is that it is not on the floor 2 of the car park lift - you'll have to change lifts (and indeed go next door - there is a connecting door) on the ground floor The flat itself was clean and comfortable. It is a modern, purpose built apartment. The location is pretty much unbeatable; the Promenade des Anglais is just at the end of the road, and the district is vibrant and safe. All in all, excellent value, thank you.

Great base to sightsee Nice and to your the French Riviera.

Pros: Excellent central location which was very near many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and the promenade. Property was ample for 2 persons and was very clean. The kitchen was kitted out well with kettle, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Massive TV where you can watch comfortably from king/queen size bed. Separate shower room from toilet.

Pros: Accueil au top par Sonia, l'accès, l'emplacement.

Cons: Manque un saladier, un fouet, une essoreuse à salade, un petit four ou remplacer le micro-onde par un combiné four/micro-onde. Le lavabo s'écoule trop lentement. Une raclette pour la paroi de douche serait bien.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour

Pros: L’emplacement car très central entre la promenade des Anglais, le centre-ville. Le calme de la résidence, l’accès sécurisé, l’accueil très convivial.

Cons: Il manquait juste un grille-pain et un étendoir pour le linge.

Pros: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin im Vorfeld, wir konnten auch schon früher ins Apartment . Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Ecke ist eine Fussgängerzone mit einem Restaurant nach dem anderen und der Strand war auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt....perfekt! Und eine für Nizza ganz ruhige Lage, kann mir gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen, Merci!

Cons: J’aurais beaucoup apprécié avoir des conseils sur les visites à ne pas manquer et des idées restos par exemple
