Good location

Pros: great location, within very close walk to beach and shops etc host great instrustions, well mainatined and clean appartment. Easy acess to transport links, bus stop less than 5 min walk, trams 12 min walk

Cons: wifi but think that more our lack tech knowledge, appartment in the shade but also nice to get out heat of the day

Pros: The location was perfect, close to pedestrianised streets with shops and restaurants, and a stones throw from the beach. The host was very helpful and communicated clearly. The apartment itself had everything we possibly needed - including a lounger and umbrella for the beach, air-conditioning, and cooking utensils - for our stay. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience.

Excellent place to stay when exploring Nice

Pros: Great apartment for two people to explore Nice, excellent location near the beach and 15 min walking from the train station. Very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. This is a residential property so you might hear neighbors going about their day, but this is expected and it was surprisingly quiet even with this in mind.

Pros: Excellent location; cleanliness; good bathroom; good air-conditioning

Cons: Small size. We were unaware of general store or bakery nearby. Bathroom pop-up plug in sink didn't work.

Wonderful place near the beach and close to old town

Pros: Really nice and beautiful flat right next to the beach. We had a swim in the early morning…. There are nice bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. I definitely would go there again!

Beach flat in Nice perfect for couples stay Clean and well equipped with comfortable bed

Pros: Fabulous location steps away from promenade. Very clean, comfortable bed and powerful air con. Great communication with host who was extremely helpful.

Cons: We were very happy it had everything we needed for our 5 night stay

If you are lucky enough to be able to book a stay here. I personally say book it.

Pros: The location was brilliant 2.5 minutes from the sea front and about the same for restaurant and shops, however a super market was a bit further.

Brilliant location, really helpful hosts, would visit again

Pros: We were just a short walk from the beach & promenade and an even shorter walk to a huge area of restaurants, cafes & bars. Our host was fantastic and allowed us to check into the apartment really early and also leave our gear in the apartment until late on our last day. They couldn't have been more accommodating!

Cons: The bed was quite low down, not a problem for most people of course, just tricky for me.
