Pros: The accommodation was located in a quiet neighborhood, just 3 minutes from the train station, which made it easier to travel to Monaco, Cannes, etc., as well as to the beautiful beaches of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The apartment is clean, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen. We were 4 people, and it was perfect. I usually don't leave reviews, but this apartment deserved one. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Everything especially the location and the owner Laurine. She is very very nice and accommodating.

Cons: Nothing much except that the door knobs could be fixed otherwise, everything is really good

Feel at home in Nice!

Pros: Nice area, very close to the bus and train station. Lovely house and well renovated and well equipped apartment. The photos match the apartment perfectly. The air conditioning in the second bedroom was fantastic. Spacious. Quiet. Very close to bakery and grocery store. We loved the place and felt at home. Very quick and nice conversations with the owner. We visited many towns and beaches along the coast and would come back any day. Don't miss Plage Castel or Villefranche-sur-mer beach.

Cons: Air condition in the bedroom next to the living room was not efficient enough during our warm summer stay.

Pros: L’appartement en lui-même était très agréable : bien équipé, avec un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge situé sur le balcon du bureau. La literie est de très bonne qualité, et tout est prévu pour cuisiner facilement. Le quartier est sympa, avec des arrêts de bus à proximité immédiate, un centre commercial, de nombreux restaurants, et la gare de Riquier à seulement 2 minutes à pied.

Cons: Quelques petits points seraient à améliorer : certaines poignées de porte sont à réparer, et l’absence de micro-ondes est un peu dommage. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très limitée. Ce n’est pas directement de sa faute, mais la femme de ménage est arrivée à 10h30 et a ouvert la porte alors que nous étions encore à l’intérieur en train de ranger, ce qui a été un peu gênant.
