Pros: Great location, perfect for a nights stay in NIce. I wish we stayed an extra day.

Good location and pleasant stay

Pros: Very good location for all areas of nice! The apartment was good and well used space. The washing machine was good.

Cons: The upstairs mattress was on the floor and not ceiling was so low no bed frame. Couldn’t actually stand up upstairs and was quite dangerous staircase to go up and down. The sofa bed wasn’t very sturdy and quite noisy every time you moved.

Cons: A small pan and a knife would be good for the kitchen. There was not enough toilet paper for 5 days. Bad is not good for over 70 years old guys😁

Pros: The host was super kind and helpful! We needed a support from him and he was in the apartment in 30 minutes, always in good mood! The apartment is comfortable and very well located!

Cons: - No dining table - The blanket is not comfortable for 2 people, the pillow is very small and flat

Great weekend, would definitely book again.

Pros: Fantastic location. If you are looking for a central location and you will spend most of your time out and about then this is perfect. We left our car in Parking Grimaldi, 7 minute walk away and then enjoyed teh city on foot.

Really nice Studio in a great central location.

Pros: The location, size of shower and kitchen facilities are excellent. Cleaned to a high standard before my arrival. Host allowed me to leave my bag in flat while it was cleaned before my check in time.
