CENTRE PROMENADE Golden Square Terrace 1 min Walk to the Beach AC

Fabulous location with outside terrace.

Pros: We loved the outside terrace with an overhead blind that shaded us from the sun.

Pros: Naji Couldn't do enough and Monica was always there for questions etc Thank you so much!

Great location and nice appartement.

Pros: We loved the location near the beach and center of town. The apartement was very well equipped and nicely decorated. The outside terrace was small but nice. We appreciated the young lady who came to meet us and hand us the keys and guide us to our parking space in the garage.

Cons: Everything was very good.

Pros: Great location - you are in the city center and few steps from beach Wery good equipment washing mashine, dishwasher, towels etc.. Easy and quick communication with the host!

Cons: Appartaments are smaller than looks on photo. As most of the time we spend outdoors, it was not a big problem

one of my best holiday stays! can't find a better landlord! Everything is just perfect!

Pros: it's literally next to beach, if you want beach all the time, this is the best place

Pros: I was planning put solid 10, but neighbors smoked all the time. It was impossible to breathe even with closed doors/windows.

Highly recommend if you want to have a places with everything you need.

Pros: This property has almost everything we need, including coffee machine, laundry, fridge etc. it’s really convenient for us as we have been traveling for two weeks, we definitely need a place to do laundry. The place is very close to sea and many good restaurants are in walking distance.

Cons: I would like to have someone to come to change towels and clean the rubbish bin regularly as we stay here around fours days. The elevator didn’t function well sometimes. We are trapped in there for few minutes.

Next time we are in Nice we will definitely make sure to stay there again

Fabulous short break location

Pros: Great location, comfortable, good quality bed linen and towels, comfortable bed, well equipped. Nice extras including wine and snacks. Great host (Monika supported by Sheryl). Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Closest tram stop for airport Jean Médecin is a 10 minute walk

Cons: One small thing - curtains at the window don’t meet in middle so room not completely dark overnight

Excellent facilities and included special touches for guests, great location.

Cons: Toilet was too close to the laundry cupboard but understand they have utilised all space.
