Flat design with SEA view promenade des anglais

Pros: Very good location, equiped with a lot of useful things, for example beach umbrella, beach blanket. Our host Yuliya was very flexible, our plane delayed 3 hrs at arrival, and the last day we could leave our luggage until 1pm.

Brilliant location, stunning views, everything that you require.

Pros: Had the best time! Apartment was in a brilliant location, slightly out but not to far, tram stop is literally on the street behind and we used pony bikes to get around, which was really fun.. Apartment was brilliant, clean and had everything we needed, the balcony and view makes it, we spent most nights with a bottle of wine sitting out, a lovely place would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Pros: Excellent location.check in/checkout was quick.Apartment had everything we needed.wifi was good. Lift is available. Extendable sofa can be used as bed for two Kids. Host was very helpful and punctual.A bit noisy at night due close proximity to the main road..overall we had a pleasant stay.

Pros: Location excellent for transport links. Bus stop in front of apartment, tram stop behind apartment. Apartment is clean and pleasant. Sofa bad very good. The view is superb. 40 min walk to Old Town but a nice walk.

Cons: There is road noise but that's to be expected given the apartment is on the Prom de Anglais. If you want the sea view you have to expect traffic noise as well. But maybe the sliding balcony doors could be improved for further noise reduction.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The host is a beautiful and friendly lady. The design of the accommodation is outstanding and I love every decoration of the accommodation.The equipment is very complete, including a dishwasher, tableware and kitchen utensils. The bathroom design is the same as the hotel. The house is very close to the sea. I can enjoy the view while enjoying breakfast every day. If you close the curtains at night, there won't be any noise. I forgot my ring when I checked out. The host found it and promised to send it back to me. Overall it was a good experience and will come again next time.

Cons: The refrigerator has a bit of a smell, so we avoid putting food in it that is not individually packaged.

A very nice apartment in a great safe location, a few seconds from a tram station.

Pros: The property is really well located. literally over the road from the beach and as soon as you walk out of the back door, there is the tram line (line 2) that goes to the airport and in the opposite direction to town. The apartment is air conditioned and is in a nice safe complex. There is a supermarket literally around the corner which is so useful. Yuliya is really helpful. Literally on hand via WhatsApp whenever you need her. She takes real pride in running the apartment and you can tell that she does care about your stay. When you land, avoid the taxis. They are a complete rip off - 36 Euros for a 5-10 minute journey down the road. Just jump on the tram and you will arrive within 18 minutes. It literally leaves from outside the airport terminal arrivals door. the tram is 1.8 euros per person.

Cozy and comfortable stay with all you need around the corner

Pros: The property is right on the Promenade des Anglais with a beautiful sea view. It has all the necessary things you need for the stay. Around the corner you can find a supermarket, a delicious bakkery/patisserie and various small places to eat out. Public transport is very efficient. You have the bus and the tram at walk distance. All in all a very nice experience.

Cons: It’s not the host fault, but parking below the flat is 2 hours a day and it’s paid parking (you get 30 min free by using the code 861 in place of 161 in the pay by phone app). The nearest paid parking is 500m away and has a day parking for 11€ or hourly around 2€.
