Pros: Everything was great! Apartment is near the city center and train station. It was clear and hosts were very kind.

Pros: The property has a very central location. In 2 minutes you are at the tram station. In 9 minutes. Y walk at the promenade. The accommodation was super clean und had every necessary amenity. Ideal for families and group of people. Very positive note: Natalia and Oleg always answer very fast and helped with every question of ours. On the check out day my brother forgot his sweater and Natalia came all the way to our meeting point so we could pick it up. That was super nice 🙏🏼

Cons: Seriously everything was perfect. You get very good value for the price

Love the whole place, area and the surrounding shops, restaurants and promenade. Definitely enjoyed the whole experience

Pros: I like that it is in the city centre, close to the shops, restaurants and public transport. It is also a walking distance to the promenade where you can easily spend the whole day. The flat itself is lovely, clean and tidy. It is just opposite the parking if you have a car but it is a quiet area.

Pros: Location! We loved the place, very confident for a little group of friends. Communication went very smoothly and the apartment itself is convenient. You have everything you need, and walking from the apartment to the centre was quick!..

Soggiorno fantastico

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, pulito e ottimamente fornito. Parcheggio comodo di fronte a casa (multipiano a pagamento), se non si trova lungo la strada (difficoltoso e comunque a pagamento). Posizione eccezionale a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e 5 dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Istruzioni dettagliate per check-in e check-out.

Cons: Nulla. Solo un suggerimento: mettere qualche piatto fondo in più.

Très beau séjour de Noël

Pros: Tout l'appartement est très bien équipé spacieux bien décoré très proche du centre ville et de la mer.

Cons: Manque d'explication du fonctionnement du chauffage dans la pièce principale, vite réglé après en avoir informé Oleg et Nathalia.

Pros: Appartement très confortable, bien équipé et très propre. Emplacement peu éloigné de la promenade des anglais et du centre historique. Le plus : une borne de recharge pour vehicule électrique à 30 mètres de l'appartement

Cons: Rien à signaler.

Adresse à retenir pour un séjour à nice

Pros: Appartement situé au Rdc d’un bâtiment de un étage, dans un quartier calme, à 20mn du centre à pieds et proche d’une station de tramway. L’appartement est bien équipé et confortable

Cons: Peut être un peu sombre car au Rdc mais il faisait moche, donc à relativiser.Il manquerait juste la notice des appareils, notamment celle du micro ondes mais c’est un detail.
