Prestige Designer Apartment

A fabulous, stylish, well located apartment

Pros: The size of the apartment, the location, the supermarket across the road, the bakery across the road slightly to the right, the beach a 5/10 minute walk away. It had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which was excellent for our group of 7. It was really well equipped and served us well would highly recommend.

Cons: There is a charge for late arrivals which we knew about before arriving (not booking) and we were fine with. It's 50€ up to midnight or so we thought, and a 100 after. We did make it before midnight, but the check in took us over midnight and although we paid what was asked for, the 50€ , we were asked for the additional 50.

Pros: Really well located (very central and convenient to the beach, main rail station, airport tram, Promenade), super clean, very well maintained

Great location and host, good for large groups

Pros: The size of the property is great for a group of friends, Amine met us at the door with the keys and showed up the facilities. Very local to public transport especially the train station, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants on the street

Cons: The property could have been cleaner and the advertisement of the bed size is wrong. It is 4 beds hence for 8 people, then 2 blow up mattresses were provided which one had popped before we got there and hence deflated, Amine was very good at sorting this issue out but would keep this in mind if a large group!

Pros: We had a superb stay. The apartment offers plenty of space throughout and it is ideally located on a elegant avenue descending to the sea, at a short walking distance from the Promenade, not far from the Negresco. The beautiful Jardins Alsace-Lorraine just next to the building were definitely a plus. There's a small supermarket just in front and various shops including pharmacies and an exquisite boulangerie (and also a very fashionable brunch place!). Air conditioning is in the living room area only, however if kept on at all time is more than enough to keep the apartment pleasant and fresh for nighttime. The host was young and efficient and made an effort to speak English to us. Overall an amazing experience and we would definitely come back again

Pros: Amazing apartment, super well located. Great space and amenities. Lots of nice shops around and very close to the beach. Also the tram stop nearby which takes you to the airport in 20mins was a plus. Highly recommended!

Pros: Nous étions à la recherche d’un logement à la dernière minute et la location a été faite sans problème, j’ai réservé vers 12h pour un état des lieux à 15h avec la femme de ménage, très accueillante. Elle nous a arrangé avec des matelas gonflables. Le logement est très bien équipé, des ventilateurs et Clim dans les pièces. Le logement est très bien placé.
