Nice Plein Centre

Pros: Great location, train station and beach similar 12-15 minutes away, lots of restaurants nearby, as well as the underground.

Cons: Access on the 1st night could be better, we were waiting outside having to message via booking and not knowing which apartment to ring in order for staff to let us in. Miner problem and didn't detract from our stay.

Beautiful apartment in Nice in a fantastic location . Highly recommend.

Pros: Location was great , 10 mins to Promenade de Anglais . 20 mins to old town . Carrefour city below . Very clean and well equipped . Comfy beds and homely apartment . Balcony was big , not seen in these pictures . Lovely boulevard seen from the second floor.

Cons: We enjoyed everything about the apartment . Early morning noise from street below with delivery vans to the mini supermarket .

Comfortable flat in good location, enjoyed our stay

Pros: Good location, above a mini Carrefour open until 10pm. 5 minutes walk to tram stop Alsace Lorraine serving the airport and old town. 10 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglais and beach. Supermarkets, shops,cafes, restaurants, pharmacies on doorstep. Flat has clean and welcoming entrance located on the 2nd floor accessed by stairs or lift. Looked as shown on photos, clean and well equipped. Microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, kettle all good. All rooms had window shutters for privacy and to keep out light. The small terrace with table and chairs was lovely to sit out on. We enjoyed our few days in Nice and would recommend the flat as a good base to explore Nice and its surroundings. The weather was awful, wet and windy but the flat was a welcome retreat!

Cons: Would benefit from:- A knife sharpener (knives very blunt). A better corkscrew. Some serving spoons. A washing up bowl or sink plug. A dustpan and brush in addition to vacuum. More coat hangers. A bath mat. Two more dinner plates. Fire action notice. WiFi password on a notice by TV. Some new covers on terrace chairs. An ironing board. The flat is located on a busy road with traffic, street cleaners, rubbish collectors and shops opening activities from 6am so it can be noisy.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: Nice and spacious appartment in the heart of the city, next to tram and train station. Just 5 minutes walk to Promenade des Anglais.

Great Stay

Pros: The apartment is so good and the host is amazing and so helpful , we also faced an issue with the train and he managed to allow us to chek in late everything in the apartment is availabable and the location is waaaw 5 min from the beach

Super séjour

Pros: Emplacement top. À quelques encablures de la promenade des anglais et du célèbre hôtel Negresco. Appartement très bien équipé. Hôte accessible et très agréable.

Nice Place. Very Convenient to all Transportation and Groceries. We'd Stay Again!

Pros: Remodeled 2nd floor apartment. All new working appliances. Sofa was just OK. Good HVAC split system with additional hot-water heating.. Early Check-in was fine with keys delivered by staff. Good location. Carafore express adjacent to appt, full-sized Carafore 3 blks away; metro and bus stops a couple blks away. Good cafe on corner. Unfortunately no salt, pepper, or even coffee etc. But not so much a problem with the Carafore store right there. No shower. Only a large bathtub with hand-held showerhead. Lots of clean towels were provided. 2 sets of keys provided! Noise was normal for it's urban setting. Not bad, even with store below. WIFI pw helpfully listed with check-in info. Suggest visiting next door town of Ville Franche! Beauriful! Just jump on the metro. (Note: I think bus and metro tickets are no longer interchangeable).

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Carrefour City ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Gegenüber gibt es eine Apotheke und der Bäcker ist auch keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter reagiert auf jede Kritik oder Nachricht. Sofort! Das war grandios. Wir hatten nach einem Wäscheständer gefragt, der wurde sofort geliefert, auch scharfe Messer fehlten in der Wohnung, wurden aber gleich gebracht. Das war schon außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung okay. Die Matratzen sind jetzt nicht die besten und auch das Sofa ist nicht das bequemste, aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Tolle Wohnung, mit zentraler Lage, man kann alles gut erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof ist nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Cons: Sofa etwas unbequem, Matratzen etwas unbequem.
