Magnifique T2 neuf - résidence neuf- Hyper central

Wonderful

Pros: Excellent location, close to everything. The apartment is spotless and has everything needed for a comfortable stay for two people. Highly recommended.

Pros: The air con, it's a must in Nice in summer. Very quiet. There is everything you need. Very close to Alsace-Lorraine tramway station.

One night stay

Pros: We spend at this flat only one night and it was nice place to stay. Was clean and comfortable. Tha location was really good. Thanks!

Cons: Only one thing, the a/c was too loud.

We're completely satisfied with the flat. I recommend for everybody who planning to stay at Nice.

Pros: We had a wonderful staying at the Magnifique T2 neuf, in this charming flat. The hosts were super friendly and we got all informations with key handover in time.They were flexible with our arriving time too. The apartment is full equipped in the kitchen and in the bathroom as well. You can find everything for making meals in the kitchen, washing up,cleaning, washing your clothes. Special glad for the hairdryer with diffuser it is most essential thing for a person with curly hair like me. We could switching on the heating system on the flat for the chilli nights. The flat is located on a lovely street nearby the tram 2, from where be able to reach out the most visited attractions in Nice, and also there are the sea and the promenade for a 10-15 mins by walking. You can find a grocery shop and bakery as well not so far from the flat by walking, and you can admire so many nice building on this walk.

Pros: Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très bien placé.

Cozy home near the center of city.

Pros: Well decorated, felt like a cozy home. Kitchen with solid utenails, plates, stove. Good location.

Cons: Hairdryer didnt work. The bed mattress was a bit hard.

Comfortable stay. The staff was responsible via WhatsApp.

Pros: Location, clean, especially like the heated towel rack.

Cons: The only minor comment: if you like to have a cup of coffee before going out in the morning, the coffee machine uses Keurig pods, which are not easy to be found in Nice. The room is smaller than expected.

Struttura confortevole, accogliente e funzionale.

Pros: Mi sono sentita in un ambiente accogliente e tranquillo . L’appartamento è molto funzionale poiché dispone di cucina, aria condizionata ed una doccia molto spaziosa. È stato perciò un soggiorno davvero confortevole. La struttura dista 20 minuti dalla stazione del treno il che è perfetto se si vuole visitare per bene la Costa Azzurra. Ci sono inoltre tante caffetterie dove porter fare colazione ed un supermercato anch’esso vicino. Host cordiale e molto disponibile.

Cons: Mi sarebbe piaciuto un punto esterno dove poter stendere i panni poiché, essendo Nizza una località di mare, molte cose come asciugamani, costumi o scarpe da scoglio stendendole al bagno, rimanevano umide e odorose.

Endroit très calme, propre et bien situé, les instructions d’entrée sont claires et sympathique.

Cons: L’appartement est petit, le lit pour deux étroit.

Pros: En helt vidunderlig lejlighed, som har alt hvad man kan få behov for, når man besøger Nice i et par dage.
