This place is great especially for big group trips.

Pros: This place is great. I was with my friends in a large group and the two bathrooms were so helpfull and big. The place has a tarrace for breakfast and balcony for drying clothes so it wasn't crowded. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The whole appartment is spacious and clean and close to the beach. Its 2 minutes from the beach, art museum and very close to the shops and pizza places. Communication with the landlord is very fast. Reccomend!

Cons: the wifi wasn't working and the building is next to the train route so it was noisy. We had to pick up keys from the place far away from the hotel.

Uns hat es in der reichlichen Woche bei angenehmen Temperaturen und Sonne in Nizza sehr gut gefallen

Pros: Gute Lage, kurze Wege zu Strand, Geschäften, Personennahverkehr. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Auto, was gleichzeitig ein gewisser Nachteil ist, da die Schnellstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbeiführt. Der Straßenlärm wird aber durch doppelte Fenster / Balkontüren auf ein erträgliches Maß gemindert.

Cons: Einige zusätzliche (Klapp)stühle wären schön gewesen.

Pros: De eigenaren waren heel aardig!! Ze zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Er is een lidl op 10 min afstand lopen en de trein is wel wat verder, zo’n 21 minuten. Verder is het strand ook best dichtbij. De accommodatie was schoon en de airco doet het. Het was fijn dat er twee badkamers waren en een aparte wc.

Cons: Beetje onduidelijke waar alles lag, vuilnis zakken bijvoorbeeld, maar gelukkig is dat wel goed te communiceren met de eigenares.
