Rapport qualité-prix imbattable

Pros: Le studio est pratique et abordable, niveau rapport qualité prix à Nice on ne peut pas faire mieux. Il y a eu quelques améliorations par rapport aux photos de l'annonce avec le parquet. De plus ce logement est idéalement bien situé dans le centre aussi bien que pour la gare et le tram.

Pros: J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, très pratique pour visiter Nice à deux à un prix très correct. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme aux photos. La communication était facile. Très bon séjour

Pros: Die Wohnung ist kleiner, als es auf den Photos scheint, aber für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Man ist in 5 min am Strand und die Gegend ist so belebt, dass man auch als Frau keine Angst haben muss, abends nach Hause zu kommen.

Pros: Appartement très joli l’extérieur est très mignon La clim gros confort en rentrant de la plage Le propriétaire très à l’écoute Pas besoin de faire le ménage

Cons: L’évier est trop petit pour faire la vaisselle Le rideau de douche ́n’est pas pratique Un petit étendoir serait un plus pour améliorer le confort
