Perfect getaway for a 4 person family in a great location

Pros: Perfect location exactly as described online. Beach was approximately a 5 minute walk with a tram station facing the apartment front door. Mathis the apartment owner was a great help and made the trip so much easier couldn’t recommend the property enough. Would gladly go back in a heart beat!

Great location, nice stay, some repairs needed

Pros: Location is great, safe area, max 15min walk to the trainstation, 20min to Old Town, 5min walk to the promenade, 1min to tram with direct connection to the airport. (L2 line 1.70eur per person) . Alot of eat possibilities in the area. Easy instructions how to get to the room. Apartment looks exactly as on the pictures. Is in very beautiful clean building with the elevator. Matras is hard but we slept good. Apartment was clean. Sometimes weird smell from the shower but after running water it was gone. Apartment on the 4th floor so no real windows, you know it before booking so no surprises here. Contact person very friendly, replying fast on any message. Our plane got delay, and we were allowed to leave baggages in the apartment for few hours. Thank you for renting.

Cons: 1. We had issues with the lock, could not lock the door from the inside. Owner fixed it the next day but issue came back on our last night. 2. Please throw away this \

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma pulitissimo, si trova al quarto piano con ascensore, molto vicino alla spiaggia, ai servizi e anche a parcheggi a pagamento dove lasciare l’auto durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata e il proprietario è stato molto presente e ci ha assistiti in ogni momento aiutandoci a risolvere il problema.

Schönes kleines Apartment in der Nähe von Strand und Altstadt.

Pros: Die Lage des Appartements war sehr gut. Man konnte innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Strand, sowie auch in Nizza´s Altstadt sein. Dennoch war es sehr ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Park gegenüber war perfekt für die Kinder zum spielen geeignet.

Cons: Das Apartment befindet sich im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss und hatte leider keine richtigen Fenster, sondern nur ein Dachfenster und ein Oberlicht.
