NICE 115 BY THE SEA

A superb nice apartment facing the sea and close to the center.

Pros: Superb apartment very well located facing the sea and the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais and 1 min from the tramway which takes you in 5 min to the city center. The apartment was very clean and convenient and very well equipped. The host was very nice and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this place for leisure or business.

Cons: Nothing all was perfect.

Pros: We had a wonderful time in these apartments in Nice! The apartment is neat and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is just perfect — just a few steps from the sea, and the cool breeze is always refreshing. There is an incredibly delicious restaurant right on the corner of the building, where we enjoyed the local cuisine. It’s also very convenient that there is a bus and tram stop nearby: just three tram stops and you’re in the old town! The view from the windows is stunning, overlooking the sea, which adds a special charm to our vacation. We will definitely come back here again!

Pros: Lovely apartment right on the sea front. It was right next to Magnan Tram Stop which was a bonus.

Cons: The shower could have been better. It was difficult to not get water everywhere.

Pros: Nice location, close to the see. Helpful and cooperative owner.

Cons: We were 4, but there was only 2 pilows and 2 sheets.

Excellent stay, great value for quality and location

Fantastic location a very well equipped apartment with a wonderful helpful host.

Pros: We stayed in this property for a week. Nadine was an excellent host and the location is perfect. A clean apartment within walking distance from the sea. Excellent facilities we will definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect for us.

Pros: Near to the ocean and bei s stop was right infront of the door

Cons: There were no extra toilet paper and tabs for dishwasher were also missing. Also only 2 chairs for the “dining bar” at the kitchenbut we were 3 people.

Exciting and full of good memories

Pros: Location is perfect, across the street to Promenade des Anglais. Tram and bus stations are close by. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. The place was exactly as it was shown on the photos.

Cons: The only thing that could be mentioned was the constant traffic sound. However, you can reduce it by closing the shutters. On the other hand you can see that Nice never sleeps.

Pros: Very good location. The beach just steps from apartment.

Pros: L'emplacement idéal, à 2 pas du tram et de la promenade des anglais. Appartement spacieux. Accueil très agréable de la personne qui nous a remis les clés.

Cons: Un peu bruyant la nuit,les fenêtres ferment mal ,donc pas hermétiques au bruit.
