Perfect place for visiting Nice but away from crowds in the city center

Pros: The location is perfect! Nice neighbourhood and you can visit Nice very easy by bike or bus it’s very well located away from crowds of tourists.

Cons: Cleanliness of towels can improve a lot.

I relaxed so much as if I stayed at a hotel in Tokyo!

Pros: In front of beach, calm and safety when I ,Japanese walked alone with camera Anyway Silvie was so kind and paid attention to me so much. It was really comfortable stay!!!

Cons: Transportation to Nice. I couldn’t come back on 17th after watching RWC2023.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment lived up to all expectations. We also had the opportunity to borrow two bikes from the owner for free use to explore the city. Clean and more than enough space for us! Can recommend to stay in this place.

Pros: Appartement vieillissant mais très propre Proximité de la mer des commerces propriétaire adorable. Cuisine équipée machine a laver lave vaisselle .

Cons: Appartement sombre , pour mon gabarit la literie horrible, manque balcon ou terrasse

Pros: o apartamento tem uma super localização, não podia ser melhor. mesmo em cima do mar, embora a praia em frente não seja de areia. tem muitos restaurantes em volta e boa atmosfera. é optimo para dar um passeio depois de jantar. a host é muito simpática e facilitou o check in. o apartamento é confortável, ficámos com uma criança de 5 anos e havia mais do espaço para todos. ficaria aqui novamente sem hesitar. a host também emprestava bicicletas e brinquedos de praia. perto do comboio.

Cons: de facto a cozinha tem alguns problemas de design, e a maquina de loiça não abrir completamente é chato. no entanto cozinhámos sempre em casa e esses problemas não afetaram significativamente a nossa experiencia!

Pros: La ubicación, esta muy cerca de la playa, nos dejaron ingresar unas horas antes del chekin. Tenía utensillos para poder cocinar, así como lavarropas, plancha etc

Pros: Appartamento completo di ogni confort, cucina con utensili, condizionatore, TV, wi fi e parcheggio sempre reperibile vicino alla struttura. Comoda la posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e ai vari locali. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le città vicine. L'host molto gentile, e disponibile.
