Pros: The cutest apartment in Nice! Loved staying here as the location was super close to the marina and short walk to the light rail. Apartment was clean, comfy, great communication from owners and had great facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Cons: No lift and on 4th level so might be harder for others to access but overall stairs were good.

Новая квартира в Port Lympia

Pros: Уютные, светлые аппартаменты в моем любимом районе Ниццы Port Lympia. Чудесная улица Cassini, рядом супермаркет, кафе, аптека, мясной магазин. Два шага до порта и остановки трамвая, и 5 минут до площади Garibaldi. Без пересадок на трамвае можно доехать до аэропорта за 1,7 €. Так же рядом остановка автобусов, удобно ездить вдоль побережья в Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco, Menton. Аппартаменты после реновации, всё новое, в реальности такие же как на фото. Большие окна, высокие потолки, хорошо укомплектованы бытовой техникой, посудой. Есть кондиционер, стиральная машина, сушильная, посудомоечная, капсульная кофемашина - очень важно для меня. Так же был чай, кофе, специи, масло, а в холодильнике сок и пиво - очень полезно! Есть маленький балкончики, но посидеть на нём не получится. Он упирается в балкон соседей, окна выходят во внутренний двор. Удобный заезд и выезд, ключи были в 20 метрах от аппартаментов. Управляющие были всегда на связи. Прекрасная квартира на 2 человек 👍

Cons: Было только по 1 полотенцу на человека, хотелось бы хотя бы 2. Учтите, что это 5 этаж, лифта нет, чемоданы придётся нести на верх пешком. Для нас было не проблема, но кому-то будет сложно.
