Well-located, nicely-equipped apartment.

Pros: Location is perfect: near center, near all the transport. I wonder if there's a better located tourist point in Nice at all ) Warm (visited it on Xmas), spacious, pretty quiet, well-equipped, fast internet.

Cons: No TV despite it was advertised

Pros: Great location and everything we needed for a one week stay was there. Hassle-free check in and check out.

Cons: There is quite a lot of noise from traffic (although the property is in a great location so understandable). The bed was very uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the sofa instead.

Great place to stay

Pros: The apartment is cozy, nice, and ready to live in. The location has complete amenities and good accessibility, full of hustle and bustle and vibrant life. We had a wonderful time there — we already miss it.

Pros: Die Lage zeichnet sich durch Nähe zum Hafen und etwaigen Restaurants aus. Supermärkte befinden sich ebenso im nahen Umkreis. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto kann die Parkplatzsuche schwierig werden. Dies ist jedoch in der Beschreibung des Vermieters ersichtlich! Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und sehr schön hergerichtet. Man fühlt sich tatsächlich so, als würde man selbst hier leben! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Handtücher als auch Bettwäsche vorhanden. Vermieter sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe schnell und einfach.

Cons: für uns gibt es hier nichts anzumerken. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden kann sehr schwer sein, dies hat jedoch nichts mit dem vermieteten Objekt zu tun :)

Pros: очень хорошие апартаменты, есть все для проживания. удобные кровати и хорошая и удобная кухня. очень понравился декор

Cons: было достаточно шумно на улице, закрытые окна не спасали.
