Pros: Fab location,a stones throw from the old town. V spacious clean apartment.

Cons: Shower facilities a little odd. One v small shower in one of the bedrooms,plus a toilet. Main bathroom has a hand held shower head in the bath. This would have been better as a proper shower. We all had to use the ensuite shower.

Pros: The location was incredible and so close to the strip where there is a selection of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. The owner was also very helpful with providing additional information on further activities to do around Nice (bus to Monaco etc.). Would really recommend staying here.

Amazing property

Pros: Amazing location, metres from the port and tram stop, fantastic for our party of 6, very spacious! Clean, comfortable with everything we needed….. The host was very communicative and helpful….

Cons: Need to know-6 flights of stairs, 3 stories…. We knew so not an issue.

Large apartment in a convenient, safe location

Pros: Huge apartment perfect for a large group of guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, so was great for cooking.

Cons: Air conditioning only in the living room, so bedrooms could get cold at night (we visited in December). However, there were radiators provided in each bedroom
