LOVELY STUDIO - Port de Nice

Pros: Great location and equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: The spiral staircase to access the accomodation didn’t feel safe and was extremely steep and narrow. We only had small cases so managed to get them up, but you wouldn’t be able to take full size luggage. The air conditioner worked, but was inconvenient being right in the centre of the only window/in lounge area.

Pros: The owner is very helpful, very present whenever I had a question and very generous . I recommend it , a killer view from different perspectives

A thoughtfully designed studio with an incredibly helpful host

Pros: The property was clean, thoughtfully laid out and had everything you could possibly need as a traveller. It was great to have our own washing machine after a couple of weeks without. The view was amazing and so was the modern design of the place, I particularly liked the bathroom and shower which were very relaxing. The host was extremely hospitable and tried her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even leaving us pastries from a local bakery one morning. She was easily contactable and quickly replied to each of our messages.

Cons: Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working at the time of our visit. However, the host was making every effort to have this fixed and the circumstances were beyond her control. The fan we were given in the meantime worked well enough.

Amazing

Pros: Amazing apartment with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Looks exactly like the pictures and has a very good location since it is right next to Old Town of Nice - which is in my opinion the most vibrant part of the city. The owner is very kind and accommodating. She answers all your questions quickly and provides recommendations when needed. I would recommend taking the breakfast option since you will get the choice between two very nice places (patisserie or brasserie) located close to the apartment, where the staff is also very kind. Overall a great stay!

Great studio, great location, wonderful host

Pros: The host was incredible nice and patient with the delay upon arrival, gave helpful tips and advice, and the location of the apt was excellent.

Cons: The ceilings are low for a very tall person, and of course you should be prepared to walk up the stairs to the room, as there is no elevator. Otherwise, a wonderful place.

Pros: The apartment is very well located with many views from the port area. There is lots of light and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped with the essentials and with extra little details to make it even more welcoming and comfortable. There’s a handmade booklet for anyone who is new to Nice on places to visit in and around Nice, which was thoughtful. The host was very responsive and kind to any messages sent regarding my stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Nice.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage, schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und war immer für Fragen verfügbar.

Cons: Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Duschen, was jedoch an den Rohren lag. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit für Fragen und Anmerkungen diesbezüglich verfügbar und hat uns in dem Fall gut unterstützt. Leider mussten wir die letzten Tage auf das Duschen verzichten, wofür wir jedoch entschädigt wurden. Die Vermieterin hat uns viel Wasser in den 6. Stock gebracht, da wir zwischenzeitlich kein Leitungswasser hatten. Sie war sehr bemüht. Die Wendeltreppe ist sehr schmal, man sollte nicht allzu große Koffer mitnehmen.

Maravilloso

Pros: Todo me gustó. La ubicación, la limpieza, los detalles, la comunicación. Lo recomiendo absolutamente.

Cons: La escalera es un poco incomoda pero vale la pena por las vistas que tienes desde la habitación.

Pros: Alles super :-) Die Aussicht hat den Gang in den 6 Stock ohne Lift jedesmal wieder gut gemacht 👍
