Pros: Everything about this hotel was amazing, I would highly recommend it. It truly feels like a hidden gem! The location is fantastic, with great transport links and the seafront all within easy walking distance. The hotel is exceptionally clean. I’m usually quite sensitive to hotel linen and often get itchy due to dust, but I didn’t experience that at all here, which really says a lot, as I’ve stayed in many hotels. The staff were wonderful as well. A big shout out to Melissa and Karger at reception! Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, they really made the stay extra special. Will definitely be back!

Cons: The rooms aren’t completely soundproof, so we could hear neighbouring guests, which disturbed my mum a little, although it didn’t affect me much. There were also two occasions where toilet paper wasn’t replaced, but reception resolved it quickly. These were very minor issues and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.

!st time in Nice w/ young grandsons, exceptional in large part because of hotel staff.

Pros: The staff including Nisha, Melissa and Sebastian were exceedlingly professional, helpful, and went out of their way to make this stay with my grandsons go well beyond my highest expecations. The room arrangement (Room 106) was perfect for the boys and I to each have a bit of privacy. Quality linens, bedside tables, multiple electrical outlets, tea kettle and all that was needed. One of the best hotel experiences ever and I will be writing to the president of the parent corporation to emphasize my pleasure and to recommend this hotel location to others in my family in France and friends in the USA. Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to Nice-Ville railway station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient either coming from the Nice Airport or travelling to Monaco. The staff were absolutely fantastic, professional, polite, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The room was cozy and well thought out, and the chic interior design made it feel even more inviting and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, fresh ingredients, and well organised. I made sure to compliment the staff in person for the quality and attention to detail. To summarise I had a great time in Nice and will definitely be coming back. When I do, this hotel will be my first choice without hesitation.

Pros: Location was perfect 5 min walk from the station which goes to so many city’s. Monaco 15 mins away . For the price unbelievable. Nice and modern . Staff very friendly. Umbrellas for guests and irons which I needed both. Supermarket next door.

Cons: Not that affected us as we asked for a quiet room away from the station but from previous reviews apparently it can get noisy . We didn’t had this issue .

Extremely good location with minor setbacks

Pros: The room was really spacious and there were amenities provided which was great! The staff at the hotel was really friendly as well. The location of the hotel was also perfect to explore Nice or take the train to important locations

Cons: The place isn’t very walkable at night - since it was very central, there are interesting characters roaming at night. As for the hotel room, the only glaring issue was the sound proofing as I was disturbed by neighbouring rooms. I would say the gym is also quite lacking.
