Pros: Beautiful apartment in a perfect location to explore Nice and surrounding areas. Easy check-in and good online communication with host.

Great apartment and location, but with hidden extra fees

Pros: The location was excellent, close to the port, restaurants, the beach, and the Point de vue Colline du Château (view point). The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, with useful amenities and air conditioning in every room. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful painting on the ceiling, which gave the place a unique charm. The main bathroom was spacious, and while the second bathroom only had a toilet, it was still convenient to have the extra facility. Lastly you need to take your rubbish out before you leave. Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish apartment in a great spot.

Cons: The check-in process was inconvenient – you first have to collect the keys from their office, which is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Standard check-in is only available from 4pm, which already feels quite late, and while you can purchase early check-in or late check-out, these come with extra fees for each extra hour. Even more surprising, if your flight arrives late and you check in at 8pm, there’s an additional charge of €63. The baby cot is also not complimentary (charged at €36.75 per cot), whereas many hotels usually provide this for free. On top of that, you’re required to leave a €500 deposit or pay a non-refundable “damage waiver” of €53.50. Mid-stay cleaning, which is essentially just changing towels and sheets, costs €68.25. There is even a section suggesting tips for staff, which feels odd given all the extra charges already in place. I really wish all of these details and fees had been clearly visible when booking, as they do add up quickly.

Pros: The location next to the port was fantastic. The apartment is a typical Nice apartment with high ceilings. Super cosy and convenient.

Pros: Great location, and central to key amenities, very clear and simple instructions for checking in, and collection of keys out of hours.

Cons: The pillows were a small size for the beds and not the most comfortable, one matress very soft compared the to other. Whilst we understood, basic ameanitiies such as coffee pods/tea bags etc were limited, a greater number of we would have been appreciated for the cost of booking.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location—quiet, yet surrounded by everything you might need: shops, cafes, and public transport. The neighborhood is lively but peaceful, and the apartment itself is very silent, perfect for a good night’s rest. However, keep in mind that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage might be a bit of a challenge. Also, the key pickup location is about 15 minutes away from the apartment.

Cons: Unfortunately, cleanliness was not ideal during our stay—the floor was dirty, and the pillowcases had stains, which left a negative impression.

Pros: Clear instructions on key collection as we were arriving late. Location is fantastic, right by the harbour. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and equipped. Very good pre-visit comms.

Pros: We loved the quality of the apartment, all the facilities offered and the beautiful Fresco in the lounge. On top of that the location just next to the harbour, the old town and Garibaldi square was magnificent

Cons: We loved our stay so cannot find any negative comments. The only item that would have improved our stay would have been an ironing board.

Pros: A lovely, centrally located, spacious apartment. Excellent communication from hosts.

Cons: A few minor tweaks could have made our stay even better. There were a some minor maintainence jobs outstanding (loose door handles, flickering lights, dodgy coffee machine). The bedroom windows need black out linings in the curtains and the lounge windows need some form of covering (blinds/curtains).
