Great place!

Pros: The location of this apartment was just perfect! It was close to bus stops, train stations, and a small mall with a huge grocery. It was a perfect location for exploring Nice and nearby areas like Monaco without the expensive costs.

Cons: An airconditioner would be a good investment. It was quite hot during the day and having A/C during a heat wave would have helped cool down. An insect screen would have also helped so that mosquitoes would not enter when you open the veranda doors.
