Pros: Great location, very clean, everything we needed in the apartment and great communication with the owner.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

The place to stay in Nice!

Pros: The apartment was very cozy and very well equipped. In fact had all that you require and far more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very modern. The host was very responsive and ready to satisfy your queries. Super close to many supermarkets and main train station. Quite close also to the main square and old town

Pros: close to everything, and very practical, easy access by foot to the train and RER, and restaurant too friendly and courteous owner, you find everything that you need, I recommend

Pros: The apartment was in the city center, it was a perfect location for us, since we were travelling a lot by train, so that's a good advantage. The apartment looks exactly as described and presented on Booking, and the host was super helpful and responsive.

Cons: The neighbourhood can be tricky by night, but overall it's safe.

Good value for money! Comfy apartment

Pros: We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean and comfortable with good facilities and wonderful bed. The host is very nice and friendly!

Cons: The only thing that we didn’t like is the neighborhood. It was too noisy (late at night too) and looked dangerous especially for women. Also it would be great to have a full length mirror (especially for women again😊)

Pros: Fernando is very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment has everything you need. It is close to train station, tram stop, restaurants and shops.

Cons: The location is scary at night. The windows of apartment look down on an inner courtyard that are dirty, where people sit and smoke.

Great room ! Lovely host ! Convenient location !

Pros: Great host ! Very welcoming and easy to contact if we ever had any issues. He also checked in often to see if we needed anything. The room was fab had everything you would need including towels, cutlery, plates, washing up liquid etc. The room also had a fan which came in handy to save having the windows open in the evenings. The location was convenient for travelling by train. Also close by to amenities, shops and off course the tram line. A few reviews mentioned problems with the location however we found it safe and didn’t come across any problems as two female travellers. Would recommend to anyone !

It was a great apartment, modern and cosy, but the neighbourhood isn’t the best.

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment is perfect, looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need.

Cons: The neighbourhood seemed unsafe, with people staring at you or shouting.

Cozy and tidy flat in a heart of Nice with everything what is needed

Pros: The studio is very cozy with everything, what is needed. There is even a washing machine. There is a very cozy sofa to chill and comfortable bed with a soft blanket. The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.

Cons: On one day the neighbours were noisy, but you have to take into account that it is an old building. There is also not much daylight in the flat as the windows are on the courtyard side.
