Perfect for a short city break

Pros: Brilliant owners, very helpful throughout the booking and holiday phase. Place was in a great location and perfect for two people.

Cons: Only thing would be the dated TV however if you’re out a lot this isn’t an issue.

Air bnb/apartment in Nice

Pros: The apartment was in a great location and very central to shops, restaurants and public transport. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons: Unfortunately there is no insulation in the building, so the noise level between apartments is very loud. This significantly impacted our stay as we had tenants in the apartment above us who produced excessive and unreasonable noise every night, until, and sometimes after, midnight, making it challenging to sleep. The bed is only a double sized, so it was also quite uncomfortable. The television in the apartment was also quite old and only had French channels, without subtitles and no ability to chromecast. This was disappointing for English speaking travellers who wanted to wind down and relax in front of the TV after a long day out exploring all the wonderful attractions Nice has to offer. Despite this, we had a great week in the French Riviera.

A bright, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located apartment that is managed well.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment right in the heart of Nice. The location couldn’t be more perfect—just a short stroll to fantastic restaurants and all the best shopping spots. A 10 min walk to the charming Old Town and the beach. Everything is truly within reach, making it an ideal location to enjoy the city. The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and filled with natural light. It’s designed for comfort, combining modern touches with the historic charm of the building. Although centrally located, the apartment is very quiet and allowed us to sleep and rest really well. The apartment is professionally run. It is managed by a friendly and responsive group of young professionals who made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. They were attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Cons: Would have preferred softer pillows.
