Pros: It was a pleasure to return each day to the beautiful building which housed the first floor apartment. It exuded quiet old-style opulence with its high ceiling, ornate cornices and large windows. The apartment itself has all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. Location was superb - tram station (Jean Medicin) just round the corner, 10 min walk to the beachfront promenade and the old town, and 10 min walk in the other direction to take the train to various small towns. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Juliet and Laure were both warm and hospitable and responded to our queries promptly. Highly recommend this property.

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay. Just some info for future bookings - the pillows provided were the soft kind, and our family is more used to firmer pillows. Also, we ran out of hot water on our first night but with more careful management of water usage the next few days, the hot water was sufficient for our family of 5.

Pros: 🇬🇧 English The apartment exceeded all our expectations! Very spacious, cozy, and perfectly clean. A delightful surprise was the chilled French wine on arrival. The large kitchen-living room was the perfect place for our birthday celebration. The location is ideal: only 10 minutes to the beach and to the Old Town. Right across the street there is a wonderful bakery with the most delicious croissants. The hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive. We are especially grateful for the late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy one more unforgettable day on the French Riviera. 10 out of 10! Great location in heart of Nice

Pros: Very centrally located, well equipped, clean and enormously spacious apartment. We spent an extended weekend with a group of friends at Laure‘s place and everything was great. Would definitely return.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful city

Pros: The host Lauren is a very friendly and nice person. Our flight was delayed several hours and Lauren came to meet us late in the evening. The apartment is very spacious, in the city center, near the promenade. We paid for comfortable and we got it! Thank you so much!

In addition to a very warm welcome of the host we also got some really useful information about restaurants, shopping possibilities as well as the history of Nice provided. The host was available for upcoming questions at any time and ensured that we have a great time! Highly recommended accommodation!
