A fantastic place in Nice

Pros: Amazing location and very helpful support team, pleasant flat right at the city centre

Cons: Nothing to mention

I would definitely go again. It was spacious enough for two and terrace was a big plus.

Pros: Location was nice and quiet but still only a couple of blocks away from the restaurants and shops. Everything was within walking distance. There was everything we needed and pictures of the apartment were accurate. I appreciated that there were small amount of laundry detergent and dish washing liquid + tablets offered and that I didn’t have to buy any for two nights stay.

Well located and equipped accommodation.

Pros: Great location with everything in walking distance but still quiet around the accommodation. Apartment clean and well equipped. It was good to have dishwasher tablets provided and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. AC was efficient and very quiet.

Cons: Although we appreciated and made good use of the outdoor terrace area we did feel it could be made better with some screening of the AC units which spoilt the view when sitting outside. It could be a really nice area!

Excellent location and good value for money

Pros: Excellent location, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely terrace, air con, private, quiet and clean. We thought it was excellent value for money and would stay again if in Nice.

Cons: It would have been easier to have a keybox to collect the keys rather than going to a separate place to collect them but it wasn't too inconvenient as the agency and apartment are close to each other.

Pros: The situation, only a 5-minutes walk to Place Masséna

Cons: Sometimes the WC smells. The kitchen extractor makes a lot of noise

Great location, comfortable apartment with lovely courtyard.

Pros: The outdoor area was great! Beds were comfortable. Minimal stairs to carry luggage up. Great location

Cons: We had someone ring our buzzer constantly at 4am in the morning and when we tried to call the contact number provided no one answered.

Manque notice utilisation du téléviseur et de la box la télécommande de la TV abimée, manque bouton volume Nota: des câbles de raccordement en vrac Une télécommande de climatisation ne fonctionne pas Lumière de la chambre ne fonctionne pas

Harika bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Fotoğraftaki lokasyona 200 m. uzaklıkta.

Pros: Tesisin konumu harika. Şehrin göbeğinde ve her yere ulaşım mümkün. Evin içi 2 çocuklu bir aile için uygun. Eksik yok. Otel konaklaması yerine kesinlikle tercih edilebilir. Ayrıca havaların sıcak olduğu zamanlar için kullanılabilecek nefis bir terası da var.

Tolle Wohnung in einer fantastischen Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage. Man wohnt direkt im Zentrum und kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Einzig die Parksituation für Autos ist etwas tricky. Es gibt durchaus Parkplätze an der Straße, aber diese sind sehr knapp. Wir haben im empfohlen Parkhaus geparkt und haben pro Tag/Nacht ca. 30 Euro gezahlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab kleine Snacks und Anemitys im Bad. Die Terrasse / Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, einerseits war es uns morgen zu kalt und andererseits ist er nicht so schön eingerichtet. Aber dennoch ist es schön, dass man einen hat. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Cons: Ich denke, für meinen Kritik-Punkt kann der Vermieter der Wohnung nichts dafür, dennoch möchte ich es erwähnen. An der Toilette ist ein Schild, dass man an sich Toilettenpapier herunterspülen kann. Es ist verboten, andere Gegenstände herunterzuspülen. Nach dem ersten Tag hatten wir ein hässliches Schild an der Wohnungstür, dass wir kein Toilettenpapier herunterspülen sollen, da dadurch die Pumpe des Nachbars kaputt geht. Keine Ahnung. Ich habe ihn einen Zettel geschrieben, dass er sich beim Host der Wohnung melden soll. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass wir die ersten Gäste waren, da das Schild sehr gebraucht aussah. Wie auch immer, hier sollte gehandelt und mit dem Nachbar gesprochen werden. Evtl. die Sticker an der Toilette abändern. Das Schild hing während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts.
