We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend staying at this comfortable, spacious, and very well located apar

Pros: We loved our stay at Appartement Masséna, & in the beautiful city of Nice and the surrounding region. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, set in quite a charming building. It has nice, old-style windows/blinds, giving access to an outside seating area. The kitchen area is well equipped, the bed/bedroom nice & comfortable, and the bathroom’s nice with a good shower. This apartment is, we think, perfectly located: minutes from two tram lines, the main city/shopping area, and between 5-15mins from the main train station, the beach/the prom/Vieux Nice. There’s a well stocked midsize supermarket just around the corner and numerous/various eating and drinking establishments all around. We quickly felt quite at home. Delphine the owner was kind and helpful, both a bit in advance of our stay and during it. She texted/popped by as we were around to say hello and check all was going well, offering some welcome tips. Thank you

Pros: Excellent location. Very responsive host who acted immediately to sort a heating situation. Comfortable bed.

A week stay at Christmas

Pros: The flat has everything you need and is in a great location, It is clean, quiet, not far from the sea, really close to the tram that leads to the airport, very close to great shops. Hostess is very helpful and kind. Very easy check-in and check out. A gem! 🌟

Cons: Cannot think of anything

A well placed and comfortable apartment, with easy access to all Nice has to offer.

Pros: Apartment was well equipped. The living space felt light and airy, and there was a decent sized bedroom with a large comfortable bed. The apartment was in a good location, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the sea. There were very good transport links, so travelling around was easy.

Well positioned near the shops, cafes and bars and just a short walk to the sea.Comfortable with everything you need.

Pros: Lovely apartment. Perfect for the 2 of us. Host was very helpful both prior to and during the stay.

Pros: The location of the property was just perfect far away enough to be quick , but close enough to all th action . Old town , beach front, Great restaurants and shopping and public transport all a few minitues from the appatment.

Cons: nothing everthing was provided , well equiped kitchen all you needed

Great Week in Nice

Pros: The apartment is in a superb location for exploring the area, with the train station, buses and trams all within walking distance. The main shopping area is just a few minutes walk, with a wide range of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets- the apartment has a well equipped kitchen so we occasionally shopped and cooked for ourselves. The Old Town, beach and markets are also within walking distance, or just a short hop on the tram. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet . Delphine is a wonderful host, providing plenty of instructions and information prior to our trip. There was a national strike during our visit, but she kindly messaged us in advance to explain about planned travel disruption.

Pros: Excellent location for transport, beach, restaurants and coffee shops The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, including air conditioning The host was very helpful in communicating and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was lots of information on local amenities/ maps etc provided in the apartment We would book again if we return to Nice
