We had absolutely everything we needed to rest after a long day discovering Nice.

Pros: Amazing is the right word for this little cozy apartment, space is impeccably distributed to fit a group of four. Cleanness was TOP, everything was SPOTLESS. Fully equipped brand new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, AC was great. Location was also great, walking distance to the beach and the old town. Communication with the hosts was very efficient and timely. Highly recommended, I would definitively come back!

Everything is great

Pros: Everything was good. The apartment has a washing machine and host left some capsules for it. The hot tub is tiny, but it is okay for one person. Location is really great, only 7 minutes of walking to the beach. There are a lot of grocery stores nearby (just be sure to buy everything until 8pm, after that all of them will be closed)

Cons: There is no AC in the bedroom

Cons: Шторы, они прозрачные. Я чувствовала себя скованно, не могла расслабиться. Мне казалось что за мной подглядывают. Кто придумал вешать прозрачные шторы на 1 этаж? Нет логики. Замок на входной двери, каждый раз когда вставляла ключ открыть, закрыть дверь ощущение было что замок сейчас вылетит из гнезда он шатается.

Pros: L’appartement est très propre, bien décoré et agréable à vivre. L’emplacement est pratique et calme. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour se détendre. L’accueil a été simple et l’hôte réactif.

Cons: Rien de particulier, tout s’est bien passé.

Pros: Hyvä sijainti lähellä kaikkea. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Ilmastointi (äänekäs) olohuoneessa, mutta toimi. Makkarissa ja olkkarissa myös tuulettimet. Ystävällinen viestinvaihto omistajien kanssa.

Pros: Tout est nickel facile d’accès, belle surface et toutes commodité nécessaire pour un bon séjour . Propriétaire réactif.

Pros: Hoster molto disponibile, appartamento pulito e spazi giusti per due persone. L’appartamento è ottimo per la stagione invernale/ primaverile perché il riscaldamento funziona. Non so se vale lo stesso per l’aria condizionata perché non l’ho usata

Cons: L’appartamento è al piano terra e si vede che è il risultato di un riadattamento di un negozio, con un portone centrale di vetro sempre aperto. Avrei preferito un portone un po’ più sicuro per stare più tranquilla, anche se per la zona forse non era necessario, però sarebbe stato un punto in più.

Pros: Appartement est bien situé et on a une possibilité de laisser les bagages, ce qui est précieux. La clé est dans la boîte accessible facilement. Machine à café avec les capsules.

Cons: Pas de notice pour WIFI. Les fenêtres sont obstruées car c'était une boutique avant et la vitrine du RDC devient les fenêtres mais on n'y voit rien, à peine la lumière du jour. Pas de bouilloire électrique. Pas de table ni de chevet dans la chambre.
