Pros: Great location in the city center (a short walk to the seaside promenade, the castle, and other tourist attractions) Very convenient public transport (a 15-minute walk to the main train station, and a tram to the airport right next to the building) Several grocery stores and bakeries nearby, open from 7 AM The apartment’s equipment is perfectly suited for a longer stay (ideal for a 2-week trip) The availability of support staff greatly increases the comfort of the stay (thanks so much, Roméo!) Easy access and smooth check-in thanks to clear instructions The building is well-organized in terms of safety, cleanliness, and comfort for all residents

Pros: It was so beautiful, elegant, well equipted, more then we could ask for. 5 ster resort and excellent host who were extremely helpfull.

Pros: The apartment had plenty of room and was very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a great stay. The location was excellent. It was very close to a supermarket and easy walking distance to town.

Great location in the heart of Nice

Pros: Great location, with easy access to trams and buses. Easy walking to Old Town Nice. Bed was very comfortable..

Cons: Unfortunately we couldn’t access the safe. Not enough coffee in the apartment.. Limited washing machine tablets. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes very well so we had to wash by hand ..but that was fine. The front door key was tricky to use. It seemed to stick and not turn? No dish clothes

Pros: Due to the fact that we've already got experience with accommodation in Nice in a previous year, I was more precious in renting one during this stay. Superb location!!! It's like the best cross roads. Everything you could reach by walking: Old City, Promenade des Anglais and shopping area. Public transport stations are nearby. Description of the flat and pictures are very true. Even didn't expect that much space in the bathroom. In the kitchen you can find all needed utensils for cooking as for us it was rather important. The flat was clean and with lots of daylight due to high windows. By the way, it's enough of electrical light as well. Host's Instructions for check-in and check-out were perfectly clear. Their team was helpful and responding. Looking forward to booking this apartment again as fall in love with Nice😀

Cons: I was travelling with my Mom (75). Thanks to God she's pretty active and sportive in her age and could jump onto the high chairs at the high dining table. We were laughing all the time about that but prefer the table would be a bit more of a standard height even for myself😊

Pros: location is fantastic, appartment very nice and cosy

Cons: I would appreciate it, if there were bathroom ammenities and may be some extra towels as we stayed for a whole week

Pros: I stayed in eight different apartments in Nice in the last couple years, and this was by far the best. Fully equipped, great location, and good communication!
