It perfect location for getaway on the short holiday, close to all restaurants and Nice line park. About 10min walk form

Pros: I loved locatoon absolutely, it is perfect for tours around the Nice. Old town is on walking distance of few hundred meters. It is on direct tram line No.2 from the Airport. I like secession type of architecture, old buildings with high sealing. Also the view from the balcony is beautiful and we enjoyed our breakfast on it. It is on the 5th floor and you can see old churches and Nice fortress on the southeast. It is close to restaurants and the vivid streets of Nice but quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning was perfect especially the wall heater in the toilet. Also nice touch was biscuits in the kitchen and all necessities like oil, salt , sugar and two capsules for coffee machine and tea bags.

Cons: I didn’t find anything to dislike. But my wife didn’t like folding bed , she found it little bit uncomfortable.

Pros: Excellent location. 2 minutes to the main street, 3 minutes to the supermarket. Clean. The apartment has 3 towels, an iron, a kettle, a coffee machine, necessary utensils, a comfortable large bed (fold-out sofa). There are capsules for coffee, tea, pasta, frying oil, salt, sugar.

Cons: I liked everything, but the curtains could have been changed. Dim light in the room. Poor sound insulation from the street. Very small elevator (not for claustrophobes)

Pros: Our stay was perfect, I strongly recommend this apartment if you have to spend some days in Nice. The Location was Perfect, 10 minutes from the beach, Kevin the owner, was always available and he explained everything carefully. The apartment was so cozy, Perfect for couples. The small terrace very nice. Everything was there: washing machine, great and spacious bathroom, the kitchen with all the utilities needed. The building is a bit old but the apartment is very modern. We were really satisfied.

Great location, great host, good touches, a generally happy home!

Pros: The location of the property was generally great, right on the doorstep for trams, shops, restaurants, the main city. A short walk for the old town centre/flower market area and train station. Generally quiet but within easy reach of the bustle and other elements of the city and surrounding towns. A pleasant apartment just as described. Lots of storage, additional elements of extra pillows and the washing machine were great. A nice balcony too. The additional touches of biscuits and coffees and eggs were welcomed. The apartment itself being like entering another world to the rest of the property/building too, so don't let that put you off! Communication from Kevin and details were all great too.

Cons: My partner didn't like the fact that there was no kettle! I was fine but I don't drink tea like it's going out of fashion! We boiled pans of water instead rather than using the coffee machine. Some elements of the property and the back (which we stumbled across by accident) were a bit undesirable but like anywhere/anything especially in a city you deal with or keep away from. Some areas of the apartment need seeing too, e.g. skirting boards / kick boards need a good scrub. The bed for longer than a few days is uncomfortable no matter what you do.

Great place - it has everything you need

Pros: Everything was just great! Super well located, it is a short 15-min walk from the train station and a direct tram ride from the airport. It has everything you need for a comfy stay. Beautiful building. 15 minutes walk to the sea front. Great cost/benefit as well.

Cons: The sofa bed was ok but since we didn’t use the sofa as a sofa, a bed would have been a more comfortable option. Also, a microwave would have been nice but not necessary.

Pros: Everything else except for the bed which was not that comfortable to sleep.

Nice quiet apartment in Nice, in an excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location - close to the centre, but far enough away to be quiet. Nice, well-maintained building, with good security. Apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Good WIFI and good a/c. Clean bathroom with nice fixtures. I appreciated the washing machine and lots of closet space and shelving for clothing. Kitchen was nice, with a nice big fridge, but missing a couple key items. Kevin was very responsive when I contacted him.

Cons: The sofa bed and pillows need to be replaced. In the kitchen, the listing had said there would be a microwave and a kettle, but I couldn't find them. (I didn't look very hard though, and didn't contact Kevin because I was pressed for time!)

Pros: Logement fonctionnel, très bien situé, moderne et spacieux. Le quartier est agréable et permet de tout faire à pied Le balcon est un vrai +

Pros: Очень удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны, главная торговая улица, пляж 15 мин пешком, ж/д вокзал 10 минут. Квартира светлая, чистая, есть все необходимое: чайник, кофеварка с капсулами кофе и печеньем, стиральная машинка, утюг, посуда. Приятный балкон. Очень удобное и быстрое заселение и выезд по коду. Хозяин очень быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы

Cons: Иногда не работали лифт, квартира на 5 этаже
