Small place in central location

Pros: Good location. Mostly quiet. Has a washing machine. Helpful staff to allow a slightly earlier check in.

Cons: The 500euro deposit stressed me. It was left through a swikly link, that offers insurance, which was a bit extra, but gave me some peace of mind. But as soon as I arrived, I was photographing anything that was wrong - dents and marks on the walls, dirty bread board. Things that I might have just ignored, I had to focus on and photograph, so it impeded the enjoyment of the place a bit. Also there was an intermittent sewer odour from the bathroom. Seemed the shower drained very slowly. Maybe a blockage? Also, a drying rack would be useful for drying clothes.

Pros: Amazing locations and very clean and well appointed.

Cons: Parking not readily available which made access with a car and unloading bags difficult. Staff were not very helpful in recommending parking options near the apartment.

Pros: Svært sentralt, men likevel helt stille. Gode senger både på soverom og sovesofa i stue.

Cons: Litt vanskelig med info og kommunikasjon delvis på fransk.

Excursion Niçoise

Pros: Très bel appartement , confortable et très bien situé au calme.

Lieu agréable et bien situé.

Pros: L'emplacement, la qualité du logement, le calme, les équipements du logement.

Cons: Une odeur d'égoûts persistante venant de la douche, pas de produits de douche à disposition (ce serait un plus).

Pros: Posizione eccellente. Casa pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa . Non sono riuscita a far funzionare la tv .

Cons: Cuscini un poco scomodi . Eravamo in due come da prenotazione e hanno preparato anche il divano letto per una terza persona e non avevamo nemmeno un divano su cui sederci Il tavolino veramente piccolo e scomodo . Nemmeno una tazza per prendere un te o un caffe americano . Non mi e piaciuto dover pagare 500 euro di cauzione e non avere nessun riscontro quando sono andata via sullo sblocco della cauzione. Credo che tutti questi piccolissimi disagi siano docuti al fatto che la struttura è gestita da una agenzia che manda molti messaggi su come lasciare la casa e tutte le incombenze da fare ma nessun ritorno dopo aver lasciato la casa . Il rapporto con l'agenzia anziché con la proprietaria e molto impersonale e un po' complicato anche perché scrivono e parlano solo in francese.. Capisco la comodità per chi affitta ma a mio avviso e un po disagevole per chi affitta soprattutto se sono persone anziani come noi.
