Great spacious apartment right where you want to be in Nice

Pros: Fantastic location right next to the old town and not *too* far up the hill that you can't wheel your suitcases up from the tram. Very close to trams, restaurants, etc.

Cons: Getting / returning keys was a complicated process that would have been nice to just be done through a key safe or a place we could go to collect them / drop them off.

Pros: This is a very clean apartment located in a great quiet and convenient location!!! Recommended for my friends. . No problem with check in/check out!

Cons: it is necessary to replace the pillows! In addition, the sofa in the living room is not very comfortable to sleep at night. It is a pity that there are no small things in the apartment, such as tea, sugar, salt and pepper.

Pros: The location was excellent and security was great. Host was friendly as was his assistant. You are right on the edge of old town and so easy to get to the beach, port etc. Totally recommended it.

Family holiday with 2 children & a baby. Apartment was big enough for all 5 of us. Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Excellent location. Secure and safe. Quiet. Apartment was bigger then we expected too. Netflix on the TV. Good host available on the phone, a nice man met us at the property to hand over the keys at start and end of trip.

Cons: Some of the furnishings and furniture a little worn/tired.

Séjour agréable, emplacement calme et bien situé

Pros: Le lieu est très bien situé, dans un immeuble très calme. Appartement spacieux pour notre groupe de voyage (2 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants). Nous y reviendront encore surement pour une plus longue durée.

Fantastyczy tygodniowy wypad cała rodziną na Lazurowe Wybrzeże. Świetna lokalizacja na wypady w Nicei lub do okolicznych

Pros: Blisko starego miasta, dużo restauracji, piekarni w pobliżu. Obok przystanek tramwajowy nr 2 (do/z lotniska), 20 minut marszu do stacji kolejowej Nice Riquier skąd dojechać można do Monaco lub Cannes. Wszystko co trzeba dla 2 rodziców i 3 dzieci - pokój, salon, łazienka, toaleta z pralką i kuchnia. Czysto. Spokojna okolica choć to praktycznie tuż przy centrum.
