Great location for exploring Nice and surrounding area

Pros: Fantastic location near to train station and walkway towards beach through shops and old town. Nice spacious property well equipped

Cons: Didn’t have much character or cosy feel, but was nice enough

Good location and communication, deposit 300e

Pros: Communication with the owner was simple and commendable. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we really liked them. The location is perfect for exploring Nice and the French Riviera.

Cons: What I don't like is that it wasn't immediately mentioned that there is a deposit of 300 euros. Also, I wasn't sure if I was allowed to leave my bank card on a link that is not Booking for security reasons. It might be better if the deposit could be handled through Booking. Everything was fine, but it should be emphasized during the reservation process. Perhaps the sofa bed in the living room could be made a bit more comfortable for sleeping, and it would be good to provide more toilet paper.

Pros: Location is perfect. easy to reach out everything by walking. Nice rooms.

Cons: The floor was cold, I would advise to take extra socks. Toilet (really slow water refill) Also would be nice to have some carpet, felt like little bit cold. And it is a noisy street.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la estación de tren y de la calle comercial principal. El tamaño del alojamiento es cómodo, la cocina muy completa, con gran cantidad de platos, vasos, tazas y todo tipo de menaje

Cons: La cama del dormitorio se hunde en el medio, y el sofá cama es bastante incómodo y el colchón estaba sucio. Es la única pega que pongo al alojamiento

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und die Stadt Nizza ist wunderschön.

Pros: Sehr zentrale Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Stadtmitte und 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Großes Apartment mit isolierten Zimmern. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.

Cons: Es wurde nachts 2 mal bei unserer Wohnung geklingelt, sodass wir aufgewacht sind. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und sehr unbequem, was zu Rückenschmerzen führte. Eine Empfehlung für den Besitzer wäre jeweils einen Topper auf die Matratzen zu legen.

Pros: posizione ottima soprattutto per muoversi col treno per le destinazioni vicine. si trova vicinissimo alla stazione Nice ville. tutti i servizi e negozi vicini. la linea del tram sotto casa.

Cons: non particolarmente pulito. in generale un po' vecchiotto.
