Pros: Increíble departamento! Éramos 4 y era súper espacioso, con todo lo necesario para una estadía larga. Son dos departamentos unidos así que teníamos doble cocina y doble baño. Súper cómodo y hermoso. Excelente ubicación bien céntrica

Pros: posizione perfetta nel centro, ottima gestione automatica di check in e check out, struttura nuovissima, pulita, super accessoriata, cauzione alta ma affidabile, non hanno neanche prelevato la cifra dalla carta.

Localização ótima, apartamento novo e muito bem equipado.

Pros: A localização é ótima, a rua só passa carros na parte da manhã, tem tudo perto, vários restaurantes legais perto, e é perto da praia. O apartamento é novinho, tem um espaço bom, as camas são boas, bom ar-condicionado e os chuveiros são muitos bons, sai muita água mas acaba a água quente, não da pra todos tomarem banho em seguida. Espero voltar em Nice e ficar nesse lugar novamente.

Cons: Ter que fazer um depósito calção de 1.000 euros é muito caro, e nos deixa muito inseguros de não recebermos o valor de volta. A água quente acabar e ter q esperar pra tomar banho é um pouco chato.

Pros: Todo o espaço era impecavelmente limpo, bem tratado e muito bem equipado, com produtos de qualidade e tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia. A localização também é espectacular, numa rua muito agradável com muito comércio e restaurantes.
