Massena 4 Pers Super Centrale WiFi AC

Pros: Location and Price met our needs and budget. All facilities were very good and local shop easy in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and windows muted the lively atmosphere in Rue Massena. We loved the location and got the real essence of Nice.

Cons: Some things were damaged like drawer in bathroom, wine glasses and bowls cracked. There was no oven dishes or gloves and so these could have been useful to have. Perhaps 2 pillows is not enough. In addition a bigger airer for drying towels. Information at the start of the holiday would have been helpful as the lady was late and did not explain rules of the apartment or where to put the rubbish or offer any help as she rushed off.

Pros: Great location with easy transport & beach access

Cons: With a top location comes a price of full restaurants in the street below and noise late in the night.

Great but serious fixing needed.

Pros: Super location in a pedestrian street full of restaurants. Spacious apart. Good pricing in April. Elevator. 4th floor

Cons: But there were some mildew around the tiles near the shower base. The toilet tank was leaking and making noises. The toilet seat was mounted crooked. The television is the smallest I have ever seen in a rental. The coffee machine had its electrical power cable bare (copper was showing) so there were risk of electrocution. The washing machine was not working because the water supply valve on the wall stayed shut no matter it's position. These 2 last problems were reported right away and staff replied that a technicien would come next morning. Of course he never came...

Pros: Чисто. Хорошее пастельное белье, полотенца, посуда на кухне. Чистая ванная.

Cons: Очень шумно. Кондиционер трещал, не возможно спать (если открыть окно, шум 24/7; если закрыть окно и включить кондиционер, кондиционер трещал). Не подключена стиральная машинка.
