Fabulous apartment in central location.

Pros: Fabulous apartment and very well equipped. Centrally located and although on a bustling street, it never intruded and all quiet by 11.00. Fabulous decor and perfect for four friends’ reunion.

Cons: We did struggle with entry first time, but a minor niggle in a lovely five night break.

Nice, spacious, convenient, well equipped kitchen in good location

Pros: Nice tasteful interior, spacious and well equipped apartment with elevator in goood location.

Cons: Toilet brushes were very dirty. Only one key.

Perfect location, beautiful lounge and spacious bedrooms

Pros: Location was fabulous - easy to get around, with many restaurants and shops practically on the doorstep. Plenty of room to relax in the spacious lounge and all the bedrooms were roomy. The apartment was well stocked with crockery, plates etc and it was a real home from home

Cons: Would have been better had there been another toilet and another separate shower as there were 7 of us, but we got by. Didn't realise that the main toilet was part of an ensuite and that the 2nd shower was also ensuite.

Beautiful property in an excellent locafion.

Pros: This property is truly beautiful, boasting exquisite decor and ample spaces perfect for socialising. The bedrooms are comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The location couldn't be more ideal, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking both style and convenience. We would definitely staying again.

Cons: Downside was the keys, having to walk to the central office to pick up keys albeit only 5 minutes isn’t ideal when you have luggage. Also one set is not enough for a large group.

Family stay

Pros: The apartment was very central, a short walking distance to most things. The large entrance hall was lovely. The living area was a large open plan with the sun in the morning on the small balcony for morning coffee. Starbucks is just downstairs. The bedrooms are well soundproofed. There were 2 showers and toilets. We had a difficulty with the door but received a prompt reply to my WhatsApp message and help within 30 minutes.

Cons: There is a TV in each room, none of which work unless you can log into your own Netflix. No other apps are installed, i.e., disney, Prime, etc. You can not cast from your phone or tablet. The door locking mechanism is tricky as you must remember to lock the door using the pin code each time you leave. The nonrefundable charge is not for the anxious person, but everyone arrived on time. The deposit of 1000 euro is ridiculous and is not clear until after you book. This charge can be made via an external service, but it would not accept my address, so I had to go to the office. This deposit is not back in my account today, Monday evening we left the apartment on Saturday morning. I would only use the apartment again if I had young children with me as I had this time.

Pros: Location was great. Everything was near: restaurants, bars, old town, beach. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bedrooms were quiet, meaning there were no sounds from the street.

Cons: There were no locks on the toilet and bathroom doors.

Beautiful main lounge. Very luxurious. Overall we very much enjoyed the accommodation.

Pros: The transfer driver brought us the keys for a fee.

Cons: The toilet by the front door was too small and very noisy. Also no toilet with an en-suite shower room.

Pros: the décor, the ease of the facilities in the apartment.

Cons: the lights, took us a while to work out how to stop them flickering. someone also rang the doorbell at 5:50am on our last morning which was unnerving.

Pros: Sa localisation, la deco, l’espace, la hauteur sous plafond

Cons: 1 seul trousseau de clé pour un logement de 4 chambres, pas de clés sur les portes sanitaires et chambres. La réactivité du service de conciergerie laisse à désirer. Un rafraîchissement des peintures des murs et plafonds serait une bonne idée pour un logement tel que celui ci.

Will rent again next summer !

Cons: The living space were big and spacious and the location was in the best street . Amazing coffee machine ( last Nespresso) and fridge with water machine and ice, very convenient !
